I am proud and grateful to announce that I am touring with Megadeth as one off their VIP Representatives during this current tour supporting Iron Maiden 🤘

Technically we are already halfway through this tour, but since I don’t ever post anything, I am quite late. Most of you already know anyways 🤘

I am grateful to be a small piece in such a large puzzle. This band and this crew are top notch. We have been crushing shows left and right. This last half of shows will be even better.

Running Meet & Greets, Photo Ops, Early Entry, Signed Stage Used Instruments from every member of the band, Exclusive Stage Used Merch sales, Merch Packages, & the Lounge setup. We usually have anywhere from 250-350 guests per show. It is quite the program. I couldn’t be happier to bust ass and help run everything at the highest level it can run at day in and day out 🤘🤘

Lainey Wilson
Whirlwind World Tour 2025
🌪️🧲🎶🤘

Had the time of my life on this tour with these incredible people.

I got up as early as possible, and went to bed as late as I could to savor every single second of this adventure.

Me and Team VIP had a whole truck of equipment. Literally, our own dedicated semi to add to all the others. Mostly unheard of in the VIP world. We had 24 cases, including set carts and a pipe and drape cart. We hired 6 stagehands (2 shifts), a forklift (2 shifts), and 5 local assistants each and every day to set up and tear down our program. We would have usually 200-300 scheduled guests per night. Most days started getting up around 7 am, and maybe going to sleep around 2:30-3am the next morning. I watched the venue disappear every night as we rolled away after bus curfew. Needless to say I did not sleep unless it was a day off.

It was one of the biggest VIP undertakings I have done yet, and would do it again in a heartbeat. I have worked with many tours and have been a part of almost 200 VIP programs, and this takes the gold.

If VIP’s had awards like every other part of the industry, I have no doubt we could have won. This one was top notch all the way around. Us as a team, and also the high level of execution we were able to perform every day. Every single venue we came across said we made their VIP space look the best that it ever had. I completely believe them and totally agree. A lot of hard work, attention to detail, and a thought out process lead to putting together something wonderful for everyone to enjoy.

I was fortunate to be able to watch fans and families come in every day and night, and absolutely love Lainey and what she stands for. Sold out shows everywhere. Rotating openers. Arenas and Amphitheaters both.

I wish this tour would never have had an end date.

Lainey is awesome. The band is awesome. Team VIP is awesome. Everyone on this tour is awesome. I am grateful to have been able to experience this with everyone. I’m going to miss seeing all these people on a daily basis.

This tour truly was a whirlwind. We all crushed each and every show, day in and day out.

I have been out on the road touring with Megadeth in support of Iron Maiden on their ‘Run For Your Lives’ World Tour.

Life on the road is incredible and the highs are really high, but life on the road will also have you missing all kinds of important things back home.

What important thing do I miss the most?

13 Years with this amazing woman of mine!

We have done so much together. It is near impossible to put into words what we get into and how much she means to me.

We have so many more experiences ahead too. I sure can’t wait to see what craziness is in store!

I love my beautiful amazing queen and all the adventures we experience together.

Still riding that high of the #backroadbaptismtour from Saturday. @jellyroll615 put on a sermon and took us on a roller coaster of emotions! For me, best show of the year at @ruoffmusicenter and that’s all because of @thecloud9. He went out of his way to make sure I had one of the most memorable nights of my life. Him bringing me side stage with him for this show is something I cannot thank him enough for. We’ve done a lot of awesome things together, but he’s made it hard to top this one.

Lainey Wilson - Whirlwind World Tour 🌪️🧲

Super proud and thankful to call this lady my boss. Being on this tour and getting to see what she means to so many people is incredible.

Day in and day out I get to interact with people who consider her their idol and it is quite moving to see and experience. She is truly looked up to by so many individuals, young and old.

This crew, this band, this tour, her fans..it has been an absolute pleasure to see all of the smiles and joyful times made possible by Lainey and her music.

Life has definitely been a whirlwind lately..and I am grateful 🌪️🙏🤘

Thank you Lainey. Thank you crew 🤘🤘

Ran VIP for Colbie Caillat today 🤘🤘

What a gem of a person. A true class act all the way. She is impressive on stage, as well as off. Can’t say enough great things about this lady.

Pre-Show Performance. Q&A in between songs. M&G w/photos afterwards.

Today’s Gig = Crushed It 💪🤘

I couldn’t be happier of the experience delivered to everyone. Do what you love and love what you do. I love music and experiences, and that’s what I do and help provide to people 🎶🏅🤘
