I never forget when BP @jr.perkins23 joined my team at 11u, knowing he was a year younger. He jumped from AA to our Major team and I knew BP belonged INSTANTANEOUSLY!! He may not remember, but we went to Florida at @usssaspacecoast and I put my arm around his shoulder & told him, young man… Sky is the limit for you! You’re going to do great things!! Now look👀👀. @perfectgameusa #1 player in The State of Kentucky and @puscoutteam player. Congratulations 🎊 BP… You’re just getting started!! #coachqballerz #baseball #instagram by @thecoachq

Our Baller @thejoshua.w_deuce2 faced the number 1 player in the Nation throwing 75mph at 11u⛽️🔥🔥and Josh scooted up in the box. Paul’s coach said out loud: “Noone scoots up on Paul” well… JDub can, double off the wall✅😂. #coachqballerz #instagram #fyp by @thecoachq

One of my coolest stories.. Yes, it’s awesome to train college players, Team USA players, National Players, yada-yada.. But this young man came to me 3 months ago. With not having A SINGLE HIT, NOT 1 in REC BALL last fall.. I told Ryan, you came to the right place. We about to change that.. Check out his first hit in over 1 YEAR… I vouch for @theswingsource Skies the limit Ryan. Let’s get it #coachqballerz #baseball #instagram #fyp by @thecoachq

This is how I’ve started my week since 7U. ⚾️

Every Monday, I have a standing appointment with Coach Q to work, learn, and keep perfecting my craft.

Whether I’m coming off a great tournament weekend, a rough one, or just putting in work during the offseason, Monday is always a fresh start. Back to the basics. Back to work. Back to getting better.

The results you see on the field start with the work nobody sees. 💪🏽⚾️

His batting avg. went up 100 plus points since our fall training. He’s only batting.714 for the season now.😂 Congrats on a great season Carsen! My guy has been waiting patiently in the purgatory for 8 months.. Told him to not swing a bat for over a month, relax & clear your head. He’s ready for @jsccgreenjaysbsb now. #CoachQBallerZ #BigSev #baseball #GreenJays #Commit taken in Station Camp High School by @thecoachq
