The Coastal Method Retreats 🌊

over the past 10 years ive had the honor of participating in, supporting and leading over 35 retreats and it’s become one of the pieces of my job i love most. when you commit to a retreat with me, my hope is that you feel the intention with which every experience is created and you can fully settle into the retreat knowing that you are in good hands 🫶🏼

when i was trying to decide where to host the next @thecoastalmethod retreat, two places from this years travels came to mind: Portugal + Joshua Tree. when i traveled to both of these places, i felt a sense of peace and alignment — something i wanted to share with my community too. earlier this year we launched PORTUGAL and now that that trip is full, it’s time to launch our second retreat of 2027: JOSHUA TREE (MARCH 17-21)🌴

TCM EL SALVADOR 🌊

it’s been 3 months since we embarked on our journey to @visitmizata and i can’t help but reflect on all that has shifted since. this trip was all about tapping into our third chakra center — our center of power + purpose. when ive reflected on what my purpose is these past few months it’s become clearer and clearer to me that my purpose lies in creating experiences just like you see here in this recap video. i feel most fulfilled in helping people create space for themselves + in turn allowing them to connect with others looking to do the same 💛

our group of 35 trainees celebrated the completion of their 8 week Yoga Sculpt Teacher Training this past weekend with 2 co-taught classes and we could not be more proud of them!! 🫶🏼

watching everyone grow and evolve over the course of this training has been the greatest gift and we know the best is yet to be!! ✨

i have everything i need ✨

last night we kicked off our 7th round of @thecoastalmethod Yoga Sculpt Teacher Training with 35 trainees from MA, NH, ME, TN, NJ + Greece. when people ask what my favorite part of my job is my answer is always this right here. getting to be a part of people’s teaching journey and witnessing them step into their authentic voice is truly the biggest honor + im grateful that over 150 people have trusted @juliana.jpg + me to guide them 🫶🏼

ROUND 7 🌊

@thecoastalmethod Yoga Sculpt Teacher Training is back this FALL for our 7th round 🎉

are you ready to dive deeper into your Yoga Sculpt practice or learn the tools you need to guide a Yoga Sculpt class? in this eight-session, virtual teacher training you’ll learn:

-how to teach a full yoga sculpt sequence
-how to cue poses + exercises
-anatomy
-principles of assisting
-music 101
-sequencing
-themeing
-history of yoga
-how to build a multilevel + inclusive class experience
-personal development work
-the business of yoga

you’ll also have access to @thecoastalmethod online class platform throughout training + you’ll receive access to a continuing education course at the end of training that covers topics like advanced sequencing, cueing, music + mindset🧘🏻‍♀️

sessions run from September 15th-October 25th on a mix of Mondays + Saturdays and while this entire training can be completed virtually, three of the sessions will have an in-person option near Boston ✨

yesterday our largest group of trainees ever (33!) graduated from Yoga Sculpt Teacher Training. they literally brought tears to our eyes with the words they shared and the way they cheered each other on start to finish through 2 back to back classes. with this group graduating, we’ve officially trained over 100 students through @thecoastalmethod YSTT and we are in AWE of how this program continues to grow year over year 🥹🤍

we will never be over the magic of this retreat ✨

through fitness, adventure + workshops, we were able to craft connections and make memories that will last a lifetime 🧡

the truest testament to this? we launched our 2026 trip to alumni and they sold it out within days 🥹

the prep work for our next adventure has already begun and let’s just say it’s giving YELLOW 💛
