Please help us welcome Ripley Caine of Rock Star Books to The Collective! 🖤📚

Before becoming a QuickBooks pro, Ripley was a full-time musician—but, as she puts it, “a girl’s gotta eat, and apparently ramen doesn’t count as a retirement plan.” 😂

Today, Ripley brings 26 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, financial reporting, and business support to Rock Star Books, helping business owners make sense of the numbers behind their businesses.

And the rock star part hasn’t completely disappeared. Outside of work, Ripley loves martinis, farmers markets, nature, and cinema—and apparently, she’s really good at karaoke. 🎤

We’re excited to have Ripley and Rock Star Books joining our community. Welcome to The Collective, Ripley! ✨

Sometimes the best thing about community is having people around you who remind you what you’re capable of. 🖤

For Olga of Olga’s Food Truck, that’s what being part of The Collective is all about—being surrounded by like-minded entrepreneurs who genuinely want to see each other succeed, celebrate the wins, and build each other back up when confidence starts to slip.

Because every business owner needs people in their corner who can remind them: you’re a badass. ✨

We’re so glad to have Olga and Olga’s Food Truck as part of The Collective community!

✨ Welcome to The Collective, Tony!

We’re excited to introduce one of our newest members, Anthony “Tony” DeSantis, founder of Imladris Advisory Firm!

Imladris Advisory helps business leaders turn marketing complexity into sustainable growth through strategic marketing support, technology guidance, and process optimization—giving business owners more freedom to focus on what they do best.

Tony made Northwest Indiana home in 2021 and has quickly embraced everything the region has to offer. When he’s not helping businesses grow, you might find him golfing, hiking local trails, catching live music, or reading and writing. And a fun fact: before getting into digital marketing, Tony was a high school English teacher!

We’re so glad to have Tony and Imladris Advisory as part of The Collective community. 🖤
