^^ biggest take away from 2 of our juniors demonstrating how to play spar in one of our recent Muay Thai classes at @thecombatunit

Want young kids to keep evolving & getting better technically in their Muay Thai classes?

Easy way is to simplify the sparring & making it body kicks only!

This way they know where the shot is coming from, they only have to think about whether that’s on their left side or right side.

That means they can block, catch or lean many times in one round to keep improving on their defence & also work on firing their own kicks straight back after dealing with a kick coming at them
