Dirty Gems is BACK ON! A dirty global funk thing, this special and rare collision of Jay Spaker (@double_tiger_sounds) and DJ Gourd (@thecombdown) features live instruments, DJs, singers and always gets heavy on the dance floor!

Artist Spotlight: THE COMB DOWN. They’ll be closing out the night with the funk, the energy, the go-go dancers, and the showmanship to match.

These Ithaca natives have been hot on the scene for years and are a Grassroots staple - bringing the funk, the likes of which you’ve never seen.

The band members have played alongside notable acts such as John Brown’s Body, Dispatch, Nahko and Medicine for the People, Giant Panda Guerilla Dub Squad, and Delvon Lamarr Organ Trio.

Find them at …

Seneca Sounds Music + Arts Festival
Saturday, Sept 12, 3–11pm
📍 @thecrackerfactory in Geneva, NY

Advance tix end on FRIDAY. Link in bio. Don’t miss it.

Who wants to boogie? Tickets are LIVE and in the bio ya’ll. Seneca Sounds Music + Arts Festival is here to stay.

There will be music.
There will be acoustics.
There will be libations.
There will be sensations.

There will be a grand ol’ time.
There will be reasons to unwind.

Thank you @genevacommunityprojects, The Geneva Local Development Corporation, @thecrackerfactory, @whws.fm, @thedoveblockproject for making this possible. Much love, let’s build this together!

The countdown is on! Join us as we commence the Ithaca Festival with the beloved Festival Parade on Thursday, May 28 at 6 PM and kick off our 2026 Downtown Disco celebration!

After the parade, we will keep the celebration going at the Bernie Milton Pavilion for our Festival Kick-Off Party featuring The Comb Down @thecombdown! We can’t wait to celebrate with you.

Are you in the parade? If you have access to an electric vehicle, consider using it this year. While not required, choosing electric can help reduce emissions, inspire others, and move us toward a greener, more eco-friendly future.
