“I’m so happy to share this news with you. I am even more ecstatic that it was published during Women’s History month! Thank you Baltimore Voyage for covering my journey on how The Concierge House was founded. I am very proud of the business I started, because I am doing what I love to do. My biggest advice to give anyone that’s thinking of starting a business, is to make sure it’s something that you love to do. So, that everyday you will be excited to pour into your company. The more you pour into your business, the more you will GROW! A special thank you to the @theconciergehouse team members, vendors, partners, and clients. I appreciate you and let’s make more great business memories together!” Kay😘

“I am very proud to be the owner of the @theconciergehouse I always express the importance of giving back your time, public service, and just supporting your community. Our office suite is located in Old Town, Alexandria, VA. If you know me then you know Alexandria has a big chunk of my heart. So, I am proud to sit on the Executive Committee for @naacp_alexandria_va I recently had the opportunity as an Executive member to go as a Delegate and represent Virginia, Region 7 at the @naacp 117th National Convention in Chicago, IL my hometown. Let’s just say my heart is full! Thank you @naacp for doing an amazing job on hosting all the Delegates! John Lewis, said, “Get in good trouble, necessary trouble, and help redeem the soul of America!” Standing up for your community and giving back your time to help for the better of others is always, “GOOD TROUBLE!”

“I had the pleasure of being in NYC for Game 4. I captured the best footage of the city on my I-phone! I remember my first visit to the Big Apple from my hometown Chicago! I had to fly to accept a job offer for @girbaud_official The corporate office was in the Empire State building. I thought it was crazy that the trash was on the front of the street! That they compared the pizza to Chicago, and that they were the best of the two. LOL! However what made me fall in love in 2001 with NY, was the PEOPLE! The city was building ground zero after the 911 attack, the city held on strong to each other! They did not lose their energy and they still were yelling New York is the BEST and trying to convince me a Windy City girl that my city was second to theirs! LOL! The people in NYC worked hard, gave good customer service, they do not take NO for answer, very tough, they love a good time, not scared of anything, and they never give up! Congratulations @nyknicks and New York City, job well done! You called it…….KNICKS IN FIVE!”

“I hosted a business Networking 101 Mixer earlier this year. The goal was to bring like minded professionals together to grow business. It was important to me that I select an intimate space, that offered high energy for the guest! Great energy is necessary, and if we do not network, how can we grow? Thank you to all the guest that attended, and a special thank you to my partners over at Morton’s Steakhouse!” #networking #growth #leadership #dc #cthehouse taken in DMV by @theconciergehouse
