Graduatietraining = een volle mat en volle inzet. 🥋🔥We starten met een aantal warming-up drills, waarna het tijd is voor de uitreiking van de streepjes én de uitleg van de beruchte Sharktank. 🦈Tijdens de Sharktank staat iedereen die opgaat voor een nieuwe band in het midden van de mat. Hoe hoger de band, hoe langer de ronde. Terwijl zij blijven draaien, krijgen ze steeds opnieuw een frisse sparringspartner tegenover zich.De taak van de rest van het team? Niet om te winnen, maar om te helpen. Geen harde submissies of ego's op de mat, maar gecontroleerd sparren, goede posities pakken en elkaar door de zware momenten heen trekken. 🤝Het is zwaar. Het is afzien. Maar juist daarom voelt het einde zo goed. 😮‍💨💪Bij Agoge geloven we dat jiu jitsu voor iedereen is. Of je nu jong of oud bent, beginner of gevorderd, man of vrouw: er is een plek voor jou op onze mat.
