The Mommas made a stop at the @grammymuseum to catch the @luthervandross exhibit 🎶

The Mommas left the Grammy Museum connected to every genre of music and each other 🎶

At our big grown age of 50+, 60+, and 70+, we savored the opportunity to tap into the fountain of youth in the sound booth by recording freestyle rap lyrics 🎶

@bigtiggershow shows up on the screen in the booth, directs us to choose a beat, gives us a sample rap, and then we can go at it freestyle or do a collab 🎶

Our freestyle rap was the grand finale for our conversation about our big bamboo earrings, nights at the Rooftop Skating Rink, and literally growing up with hip hop 🎶

It's important to live at every age 🎶

At our big grown age of 50+, 60+, 70+, we live, we laugh, we love, AND we pray you do too 🎶
