Two classics. One very good dinner. 🍗 + 🦪 = 🥰

Join us at The Conway Room for our next Supper Club: Fried Chicken & Oysters—a five-course celebration of indulgent comfort, coastal influence, and elevated takes on two beloved favorites.

Think oysters prepared a few different ways, crisp fall flavors, and our take on fried chicken served with smoked Gouda mac and cheese, fire-roasted poblano creamed corn, housemade sauces and plenty of heat. We’re finishing things off with a seriously decadent Death by Chocolate Cake. 🍫

It’s comfort food dressed for dinner! 💃

Before Prohibition, there was the cocktail.🍸

Step back into the earliest days of American cocktail culture at our next Study Hall, where historic recipes, classic techniques, and the stories behind the drinks take center stage. 🕺

You’ll taste your way through cocktail history, get hands-on by building a cocktail of your own, and enjoy a selection of refined, tavern-inspired canapés throughout the evening—from smoked trout deviled eggs to tea sandwiches with smoked salmon, cucumber, lemon and dill.

And, of course, there’s a little mystery woven into the evening.

👋I’m Sarah, and I love finding good eats, and things to do in Central Pennsylvania. Follow along if that’s your jam!

🎃🧁Here are five favorites from the past few months! From fall specials, like a pumpkin cheesecake and banana bread lattes, to brown sugar, pumpkin pecan and caramel apple pie cupcakes from Lancaster cupcake, there are so many good eats this fall in Lancaster!

🍸 We also got to try a lot of elevated, unique meals. I can’t recommend the themed supper clubs at The Conway Room enough! They are perfect for a special occasion, date night, or celebration with the group of friends. The Imperial and Lancaster Distilleries also blew us away with their courses and cocktails night, featuring elevated French dishes, and unique cocktail pairings🥂

👇What’s your favorite spot that I should try next? Drop it in the comments! Bonus points if they are a small business.
