Sims Party of THREE is home! 🤍

We were discharged late last night after going through the hardest yet most beautiful moments of our lives. Thank you again to everyone for supporting us as we learn how to become a family. Please reach out to us if you’d like to come see us, we’d love visitors - but want to work around sleeping, feeding, and figuring out this new world!
