All glory to God. My Biggest net profit deal closed + first Northern Virginia paper flip 📈.Got these 2 sellers to agree in the first week of April—right in the middle of moving (one of the most stressful times). Vickers,hereby officially denounce and renounce my membership in Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity,Inc,along with the initiation oath,oath of allegiance,and spiritual covenants created on the altar through the initiation rituals & proclaiming that the spirit of Alpha is “The light of the World and that I will FOREVER hold it high.Which I participated in during Initiation on February 11th,2018. I also respectfully ask that when my earth life is over,no Greek fraternity hymns(a religious song or poem of praise to God or a god),circles of fraternity sprit candles be held,omega services,No Greek Display(Signage) in house of the Lord, ritual prayers or ceremonial traditions connected to Alpha Phi Alpha or any Greek Fraternity/sorority be performed on my behalf ‼️ I do not wish for any fraternity spirits acts,worship songs, or fraternal afterlife chapter bondage or prayers directed towards my name or any god outside of my Lord Yeshua.I am no longer aligned, apart of and destroy All Greek Fraternity gods spiritual convents that I made,symbolism,spiritual proclamations,any practices connected to Egyptians or Greek god Influences,secret societies or pledges that mix spiritual systems.I ask lord for forgiveness for my acts of communion/covenants and bowing to a Greek god on a altar in a ritual that I participated in that is not aligned with Lord.This is my personal spiritual decision made in pursuit of fully aligning my faith with Most High God. Certain parts of the city I’m responsible for im the LANDLORD… grateful to provide housing, not just own doors.Came back to Central Virginia today—Why did I stop stacking rentals? I realized 99% of my buyers made millions elsewhere and parked it in real estate or had an W9 and built on the side.Also the large down payments on each house (my private money lenders didn’t have $ to fund the entire deal)and carrying the real estate marketing expenses to find these great deals got expensive.I had to get an return on my marketing budget.So I spent the last 3 years doing deals to level up, kept a few, enjoying an sales company gives me freedom .I let them rentals build equity while I focus on active income in my 20s(I look at them as savings accounts)—the marketing sales grind does feels like a rat race, but it’s the same thing that can change your whole financial picture 🏆 by @thecoreyvickers

Back at my alma mater speaking to the VSU Real Estate Club 🎓 @vsu_realestateclub 7 years in—All this trauma I received really got my beast coming out #28Showed the students every system I use,my real life story coming out of VSU 2020 and my active escrow‼️And on top of that, it’s my mom’s birthday—I gave her $4,600 for her special day.I even had my mother speak to the students about subconscious mind scripts training and the law of assumption.Full circle moment—proud to see my school now have a real estate club.Grateful to see my mom inspire the student’s —love you always 💐. #ImBack #VSU #RealEstate nextgonbeaband4everyear 😤 #savetheyouth by @thecoreyvickers
