📍A Quick Note on Food Safety & Our Greens

With the recent news regarding a Cyclospora outbreak linked to commercial bagged, shredded lettuce, we want to assure our community about the steps we take every day:

🥬 Our Greens: We source our greens exclusively from @littleleaffarms in Massachusetts - this is the lettuce we use across all of our sandwiches & salads.

🌱 How It's Grown: Unlike traditional field-grown lettuce, Little Leaf grows everything in indoor, controlled-environment greenhouses using treated irrigation water and strict, hands-free food safety practices.

🧼 Our Kitchen: Our team is fully certified and adheres strictly to industry health, food safety & sanitization standards.

You can keep ordering those salads and sandwiches with peace of mind. Thank you for letting us feed you, Red Hook! If you ever have any questions, our team is always here to chat. 👋❤️ by @thecornercounter

New to the grab & go freezer, @meimeidumplings! Mei Mei means little sister in Mandarin. Founded by three sisters recreating their Chinese-American food favorites growing up in Boston. Operating as a dumpling factory, cafe & classroom, they source source 70% of ingredients from the Northeast.

We tried these dumplings at the Fancy Food Show in NYC this summer and were blown away. Pick up a bag and our Thai Chili Sesame Slaw and you have an easy, healthy dinner for two! 🥟 by @thecornercounter
