Made a little trip back off the road to @avalonspringsfarm, and brought back some gorgeous yarn!
It’s a little gem of a farm, with goats and sheep and plentiful lovely yarn & roving made on site from their animals. It’s definitely worth a trip if you’re in the area (be sure to make an appointment and get directions)

My “Wooly Mammoth Hug” is complete (and wrapped up around me as I write this celebratory post)!
I started this in May 2022, finished today, after so many interruptions, both legitimate and fickle.
The first pic is a few feet of it laid over my lil table.
The second is a little section piled up in my lap, to show the true colors better.
Not pictured: how fun it was to make, and how dang cozy it is!
