I finally made it to @postscriptrestaurant, a new restaurant that opened in the Plaza Shamrock neighborhood (the old Letty’s IYKYK). #TheCravingsQueen

PostScript quietly opened in April, but the praise for this restaurant has been emphatic, and I see why! PostScript’s menu features thoughtfully curated comfort dishes.

🥣 French Onion Soup, served in a bread bowl.

🍝 Cavatelli with creamy wild mushroom stroganoff. I added beef cheek for $12 extra.

PostScript’s menu seems to change based on seasonality and availability of ingredients, so you can always try some different options every time you go!

☕️ Island Love Latte, made with ginger syrup and coconut milk, is one of Ayesha Curry’s favorites.

🍵 Matcha-Pineapple Soul Warmer is a refreshing iced drink made with ceremonial-grade matcha.

🥐 Strawberry Shortcake Croissant with creamy strawberry filling.

🍫 Pastry case that features chocolate by the pound, which you can get gift wrapped to take home.

While I came to @dozoclt specifically for the iconic crab fried rice, I left already planning my next visit to try more of the restaurant’s menu. #TheCravingsQueen

1. & 9. Crab Fried Rice loaded with blue crab and pork belly

2. Karai cocktail, which is like a spicy lychee margarita

3. Green Garlic Hushpuppies with honey butter

4. Sunomono, which is thinly sliced cucumbers in a vinegar dressing

I was invited to check out the new location for one of my favorite coffee shops, @nightswimcoffee #TheCravingsQueen

Night Swim Queensbridge is located within @vivianatqbc and perfectly situated between Uptown and South End. This new location officially opens Saturday, May 30 at 8 a.m. but the grand-opening festivities start at 10 a.m., including:
✨ Free cookies for the first 50 guests
✨ Free mimosas (while supplies last)
✨ @seebirdgo spinning until 1 p.m.

What I ordered:
🍓 Berry Chantilly matcha: a drink special (you can also get it as a latte) for the grand-opening weekend with house-made mixed berry syrup and vanilla cream cheese cold foam
🫐 Blueberry Muffin: this would also pair great with my favorite Blue Velvet drink

📍Night Swim Queensbridge is located at 1111 S. Tryon St.
🚊 Take the LYNX Blue Line light rail and get off at the Carson station
🚗 OR park in the on-site garage, offering free validation in the lobby

Looking for a brunch to impress? Leluia Hall, housed in a beautifully renovated 1915 church building, offers a weekend brunch that’s perfect for wowing friends and family who are visiting Charlotte. #TheCravingsQueen

I was invited to experience this brunch, which was the best way to kickoff Mother’s Day weekend. Here’s what we ordered:

🥂 Tropical Mimosa with orange juice and passion fruit

🍸 Espresso Martini made with Venezuelan rum

🍮 Monkey Bread with salted caramel and whipped

BIG fan of the seasonal Blue Velvet latte at @nightswimcoffee 🫐 #TheCravingsQueen

Made with homemade blueberry-lemon syrup, this drink comes as either an espresso or matcha latte. I tried both and can confidently say that the matcha really amps up that juicy, blueberry flavor. Try one, or both, and let me know what you think!

@napa_restaurants recently introduced some new menu items to go along with the restaurants’ great selection of wine and cocktails.

@k.langston135 created this menu to showcase flavorful dishes in an approachable setting. I was invited to try these dish and I’m sharing a peek at what you can order at the Charlotte-area NAPA restaurants.

Small Plates
✨ Ahi Tuna Tartare
✨ Bacon Flatbread
✨ Herb Whipped Goat Cheese

Large Plates
✨ Crusted Halibut
✨ Mushroom Sugo Pappardelle
✨ NAPA Fried Chicken

🍸 From 3-6 p.m., find a seat at the bar and order a handcrafted cocktail and NAPA Time Appetizer, such as cast iron meatballs, ham and cheese sliders or the NAPA Platter.

This past weekend, I was invited to attend one of my favorite food events of the year, @cltstreatsfestival Tasting Tour. #TheCravingsQueen

This event is the perfect way to get a bite of Charlotte’s food scene, featuring tastings from local restaurants. I enjoyed dishes from some of my favorite restaurants and got to try something new from restaurants I haven’t been to yet!
