This weekend I was invited to the @moodfabricsshowroom to see all the beauty they are bringing to Chicago. Little Simone would definitely be so happy to know me right now! I got to meet so many cool and creative people and had such a good time thanks to Mood’s team. It’s such a full circle moment to go from watching project runway at my grandmas house hoping to one day go to Mood to now having the opportunity to teach classes there! I’m so excited! If you haven’t had a chance to go to the showroom yet, go check it out.

Such a full circle moment going from hand sewing jeans purses on the floor in my grandma’s bedroom watching project runway, to being invited to the VIP Grand Opening of the @moodfabricsshowroom @moodfabrics store in Chicago where I will be TEACHING crochet classes. God is good

The Crohert’s first Crochet Workshop (Sound,Sip, &Stitch) went something like this…

The purpose of these workshops is to introduce beginners to crochet, help you learn a new hobby, reduce stress, and if you feel you want to continue on a guided journey, join the Crohert Cohert after a class of two.

We want to teach you how to gain patience, find peace, and express your creativity through yarn and hook. If you find that fiber arts speak to you and you want to take it further, we want to help you on that journey.

We’ll be announcing the next date soon, in the next workshop we will be making crochet jewelry using some basic introductory stitches. Leave a Comment and we’ll DM you when the Workshop drops. Only 13 spots available. 💕

My love for DJing has brought me back to my love for fashion and I have been working on a collection for spring/summer 26’ or maybe a resort collection (I haven’t decided yet). @hillery.banks has been my muse along with other female DJs I have met along the way.

I’m truly inspired their boldness and individual style.
