In 2020, we lost everything. 💔

When COVID canceled every event on the calendar, TCB could’ve ended right there. Instead, Lori decided to rebuild it from scratch.

Meet Lori, the founder of TCB and our Chief Celebration Officer 👑. Because of her, so many people have gotten to enjoy special moments they’ll never forget. When everything shut down in 2020, she didn’t quit, she got creative and found new ways to help people celebrate.

We rebuilt, we learned SO much, and we grew into something even bigger than before.

We love celebrating everything, and we hope we get to celebrate with YOU too. Whether it’s a hands-on class, the perfect gift for your team, or a fully interactive experience, we’re here to make it special.

If you love celebrations as much as we do, share this with someone who needs a reason to party 🎉 and follow along so you never miss a way to celebrate with us.

TCB’s first-ever book club is officially a wrap 🎉 We read Unreasonable Hospitality by @wguidara a book technically about restaurants, but really about how to make people feel like they matter. The lessons on service vs. hospitality, the 95/5 rule, and leading with trust hit close to home for how we want to show up for our clients and each other.

Swipe through for our top takeaways ➡️ and let us know what we should read next 📖

A prehistoric party calls for prehistoric treats 🦖

We had so much fun bringing the dinosaurs to life at Play It Forward with custom macarons, sweet treats, and a whole team of paleontologists roaming the museum. 🦴

From the details to the desserts, we loved being part of a night that was as memorable as it was delicious!

Big thank you to @opendoorpreschoolsatx for having us! This was EXTRA fun!

Behind the scenes at TCB 🎬🍎

Great service doesn’t happen by accident. Last weekend our whole team came together for Fall Training, because customer experience is our number one focus and we take it seriously.

💛 Service + hospitality, both practiced
🔍 Every detail, from frosting to linens
🍎 Hands-on builds until it feels second nature
🤝 One size fits one: every guest gets the experience they need

Behind every event we service is a team that showed up, practiced, and cared enough to get it right. Thank you, TEAM!!! 🧡
A special shout-out to Kim, Ashlee, and Nina for helping organize such a fun and meaningful training. 👏

Busy season, we’re ready! 🍂
