As part of the Transform 2K Program at the @maryparkerfoundation, we had the opportunity to introduce youth to the world of broadcast production through esports.

Through hands on learning, they explored what goes on behind the scenes of a live broadcast, from shoutcasting and operating a stream chat to learning OBS, setting up scenes, and managing sources. 🚀

What started as a lesson in production became an opportunity to build confidence, communication, creativity, and technical skills that extend far beyond the screen.

This is how esports creates pathways for the next generation of creators, broadcasters, and industry leaders. 💙

At the BBBS National Conference, we experienced firsthand how gaming can become a powerful tool for building connections between Bigs and Littles.

Through Cxmmunity’s gaming lounge, attendees stepped into an interactive space where gaming became more than just competition. It became a way to communicate, collaborate, build confidence, and create meaningful memories together.

By combining mentorship, emotional awareness, and career exploration, we’re showing that gaming can be a gateway to deeper connections and new opportunities for young people. 💙🚀

Gaming is more than play. It’s a platform for connection, community, and impact. 💙🎮

Thank you to Big Brothers Big Sisters for allowing Cxmmunity to be part of this incredible experience.
