Level 1A fieldwork: complete. 🎨🙌 Arts of Life is a Chicago nonprofit that gives artists with intellectual and developmental disabilities their own professional studio space to create, lead, and build careers. So grateful my OTD journey keeps putting such amazing individuals in my path.

Here are some people and pictures that bring me joy!

I led a dance group during my time there. Watching everyone raise their hands, move, and just be fully themselves in that room is exactly why I do this work.

Every body can create art, dance, and hold community. 💛

POV: Occupational therapy —
A journey of learning, teaching, moving, and growing.

From the classroom to the dance floor,
I’m honored to blend passion and purpose —
strengthening others while following my path.

This is what OT looks like through my eyes.
