I have partnered with the DMC @gracielaarocha and Pandora box productions @karolpardo in my project Six to give back to the Deaf community not only in Jamaica, but in Mexico and the world.

This project will not be limited to just giving back, but rather to include people from the Deaf community to be a part of the production stage while earning in the process.

Given that I am from the parish of Clarendon I believe it is most fitting to give back to a Deaf school there. I have selected the May Pen Unit for the Deaf, where I will be making donations that will improve the environment in which these children learn.

In Caborca,Sonora, Mexico with a population of 85,000 inhabitants, 2% are Deaf. Unfortunately there are no schools or workshop to facilitate proper education/ communication for the Deaf community. Our aim is to build that workshop to make this change by providing these individuals with the necessary tools to develop & communicate with the world.

My love and support for the Deaf community developed four years ago, and my aim remains the same today. Spread out the love, spread out the help! Please stay tuned to be a part of something that will be truly amazing and impactful!

It has been a while but our next project and next stop was in Barbados!🇧🇧 CEO @davinabennett partnered w/ @modelpatrol & @coopgeneralinsurance to conduct a Pageant and Runway Master Class and Opening Casting for fresh new faces for @amodelmanagement_paris and in return generated funds to donate to the Deaf Council in Barbados. $1500 BDS was raised to give back and we are beyond happy & grateful for such an awesome collaboration and partnership. We hope to do more in the near future!

@brit.zbarnes and @davinabennett was spotted in the, So the world may hear 2018 magazine issue that was photographed on the @starkeycares mission in December. Britney Barnes was fitted with an hearing aid amongst many others and @thedavinabennettfoundation is in great support of this mission. 😊
