Learning life lessons from children. I have been very humbled! I genuinely look forward to Saturdays for so many reasons, including the fact that we get to visit the children at their homes.

As one who started leading before she even knew it, from the days of being the class captain, to many more roles I never knew I could fit into, I constantly on a journey to learn, unlearn and relearn.
I remember when I thought leadership was only about being bossy and asserting authority and oh boy, I learnt my lesson😂. Now I am in a space, where I have to lead people who are much older than me and I wonder what would happen now if I didn’t learn then.

It is not always easy and I don’t have it all figured out but now I lead from a place of purpose, and that is what keeps me grounded.

If you are on this journey too, lead with your heart. Big or small, the impact will speak.

I didn’t get to go to church physically today. It’s a good thing I have these Sunday pictures from a few weeks back that I had not posted yet.
Today, more than ever I am grateful for technology, that I could fellowship with my brethren without being physically there. Several years ago, this reality we now live in was at best a dream, that many people could not capture in their minds.
Same way, God has spoken words to you that at best looks like a dream that your mind cannot capture. Let this be your reminder that what He has said, He is much able to do. Time may pass, yet, his promises never fail. Let this be your friendly reminder as you go into this new week!

The other day at the Faith Based Teachers Retreat
We had such an amazing lineup of speakers who came with fire and with passion, rekindling our hearts and love for education

@bukolaadeleke_makinde taught on faith and excellence in the teaching profession. She shared profound strategies with deep insights that educators can apply

adetomiwa_zoe spoke on Spiritual Intelligence: Discernment, Authority, and Atmosphere. His words reached deep into our consciousness as teachers, reminding us of the unseen dimension of our work.

@adeyemo_dami took us on a journey into the character of a Kingdom-minded teacher. Her session was packed with practical tools and methods for the classroom, showing us how the very nature of God should be reflected in our teaching.

Definitely, we were not the same after the sessions!
