Sometimes the best thing you can do is not to think, wonder, imagine and not obsess. Just breath, and have faith that everything will workout for the best.
That’s definitely WRONG.🚫
1️⃣You have to think what you have to do not what you haven’t done.
2️⃣You have to imagine of the success that you are going to achieve.
3️⃣You have to wonder around and learn new things.
4️⃣Last but not least you should have faith in yourself because you are the only reason for this world and the world won’t mean anything without you in it.

Get the inside right and the outside will fall into place.
OK, it's not that simple, but my point is, losing 20kg or being able to see your abs isn't going to fix everything in your life that's not quite right.
Transformation is crucial to living your dreams, you must rid yourself of mediocrity and step up your game to a whole new level.
It’s not about perfect. It’s about effort. And when you implement that effort into your life. Every single day, that’s where transformation happens. What you see did not happen over a night, it happened for a reason, for a dream, for a promise that you made to yourself. I a year ago did that promise and i achieved, i conquered that dream.
You have to love yourself enough to set a standard for your life that you’re unwilling to compromise. If you accept the standards of others for your life you’ll never be happy.
I have to thanks my coach @saeed_asgari that help me day and night to conquer my dream. Love you brother.

May the next few months be a period of magnificent transformation, stay safe, stay strong, stay home. by @thedej8vu

means letting someone down,
then let someone down.

People are supposed to add to your
happiness, not be your happiness؛
because people can leave you at any
