Most people think being a Backline Tech is just rolling gear on stage and plugging in cables.

They couldn’t be more wrong.

This isn’t luck. This isn’t something you learn overnight. It’s years of loading trucks, long nights, early call times, missed holidays, problem-solving under pressure, and learning every piece of gear inside and out.

Because every musician is different.
Every artist has their own feel.
Every stage is different.
Every setup is a new challenge.

When the lights come on, nobody sees the hours of preparation or the problems we solved before the first note was ever played. They only see a flawless show—and that’s exactly how it’s supposed to be.

A Backline Tech isn’t just setting up equipment.
We’re protecting the artist’s performance.
We’re earning trust every single show.
We’re making sure the music never stops.

The best compliment you’ll ever get is when nobody notices you were there—because everything worked perfectly.

Behind every great performance is a crew that refused to let the show fail‼️

🎸🎹🥁🪘Respect the craft. Respect the grind. Respect the crew.

Where do I start!?
So before I left for @coachella I got a group DM from @_ronyfeliz_ and @palmetdrums saying how they been following me for a min and they admire my work‼️So I responded back immediately Thanks bros for the follow and the positive feedback not even knowing who I was chatting with‼️😩🙌🏾🔥

Long story short my bros is about to do a run with Pitbull and needed a fresh new look‼️🧼 So they made sure I got to Orlando soon as I finished Coachella and also made sure I had everything I needed to make their vision come to life‼️🔥👨🏾‍🔧🥁🪘#thedesigner215 #fypage #explorerpage #drums #gibraltarhardware taken in Orlando, Florida by @thedesigner215
