Supernatural never really needed a traditional theme song. Instead, Carry On Wayward Son became a ritual, returning at the end of each season to turn everything the Winchesters had survived into one shared journey. That repetition is what made it powerful: the song stopped belonging to Kansas alone and became a signal that another chapter was closing. By the finale, hearing those opening chords could tell you where you were emotionally before the recap even began. That idea inspired this Carry On My Wayward Sons design, bringing the song together with two other instantly recognisable pieces of the world.
