For nine years, The Diamond Project, Inc. has been committed to empowering girls through mentorship, education, leadership development, community service, and life-changing experiences.

From White House visits and Capitol Hill internships to college tours, community service projects, and national recognition, our Diamonds have been exposed to opportunities that have expanded their horizons and strengthened their confidence.

Over the years, we have partnered with incredible organizations, welcomed influential speakers, served families in need, supported our community through initiatives like our Project Hygiene Toiletry Closet and The Springtime Slay, and helped young women discover their purpose and potential.

None of this would be possible without our mentors, volunteers, parents, donors, partners, alumni, and supporters who have believed in our mission every step of the way.

Our Capitol Hill interns kicked off their summer with an inspiring visit to Rep. Bennie G. Thompson, who proudly represents Mississippi's 2nd Congressional District. Congressman Thompson encouraged them to soak up every opportunity, learn as much as they can, and use their talents, skills, and experiences to make a difference back home in Mississippi. We are excited to watch these future leaders grow this summer and continue giving back to the communities that helped shape them.
