5 products. One winner. And I genuinely have no idea what’s going to happen. 👀 Welcome to The Food Review Chart Show — where I taste, test and rank some of the UK’s most popular food from worst to best. Supermarket favourites. Takeaways. Big brands. Unexpected winners. And probably a few arguments along the way. 😂 🍕 Episode 2: Can a Supermarket Pizza Beat Domino’s? The full episodes are on YouTube now. 👉 Link in bio — watch The Food Review Chart Show #FoodReview #FoodReviewChartShow #UKFood #SupermarketFood #FoodReviews by @thedishydads
This is how we cook our streaky bacon at KAVI. Slow-cooked until perfectly tender, then glazed with maple syrup and brown sugar before being caramelised for that sweet, smoky finish. It’s just one part of how we’ve spent years refining what we believe is an incredible Full English breakfast. 🍳 Want to see how the entire breakfast comes together? Head over to my YouTube channel, Tasty Gary Bites, and watch the full video from start to finish. #KaviCoffee #FullEnglishBreakfast #Bacon #ChefLife #BreakfastLovers by @thedishydads

Ready steady cook meets master chef at @winchestercookery This super fun friendly ( ish 😅) competition with the legends at @dutton_gregory with @atasteofwinchester Was a great way to launch 2 weeks of good food in #winchester Media - @jnt_vision @chefjaygeddes @tastygarybites @thedishydads @bbcfood @channel4 by @thedishydads
⚽️ It’s coming home… and unfortunately, so are @thedishydads . 😂🍳 @england have got the nation dreaming, and we’ve got Winchester preparing for two dads, one stage, questionable jokes and at least one of us forgetting what we’re cooking. No VAR. No penalties. No extra time. Just big flavours, terrible banter! If we don’t win over the crowd with the food, Gary’s dance moves definitely won’t save us. 🕺 Winchester @foodiesfestival , get ready… the boys are coming home! 🏠🔥 catch us headlining the @laespanolauk stage Saturday at 4pm 🕓 then catch @gareth_gates @boybandinthebuff taking there clothes off. Obviously we were asked to join in but me and Gary are starting our own group - The Dadstreet Boys…. See ya Saturday 👋 Fancy a pair of free tickets 🎟️? Give us a better boy and name for the dishy dads and we will send you tickets tomorrow by 5pm #winchester #foodiesfestival #dishydads #food #foodies by @thedishydads
million people watched this… so I had to find out if it actually works. 🤯 The internet claims you can turn one egg and hot milk into homemade cheese. As a chef, I wasn’t convinced. So I tested it properly, went beyond the viral clip, and finished it the way a chef would. Did it work… or is this just another internet myth? 🎥 Watch the full experiment on my YouTube channel. 👉 Link in bio: @tastygarybites Would you try making your own cheese at home? #homemadecheese #cheese #cheesemaking #viralfood #foodhack by @thedishydads

I recreated the famous Ratatouille from the Disney film… but with a chef’s twist. Instead of using a simple tomato and pepper sauce, I wanted to really bring out those classic Provençal flavours, so I made a rich finely diced ratatouille base with onion, garlic, courgette, aubergine, peppers, tomatoes and fresh basil from the garden. On top, I carefully layered slices of courgette, plum tomatoes and aubergine before finishing with thyme, basil and olive oil. Covered with a cartouche and slowly cooked at 140°C for two hours, the vegetables became beautifully tender with lightly caramelised edges. After resting, I rebuilt the dish in a ring mould, just like the famous scene from the film. Finished with a simple dressing made from the slow-cooked ratatouille juices, extra virgin olive oil, garlic and red wine vinegar, this dish is summer on a plate. 🇫🇷✨ Sometimes the simplest ingredients create something truly magical. Would Anton Ego approve? 🍆🍅🌿 Ingredients For the Ratatouille Base * 1 onion, finely diced * 5 cloves garlic, finely chopped * ½ courgette, finely diced * ½ aubergine, finely diced * 1 red pepper, finely diced * 1 tomato, deseeded and diced * Sea salt, to taste * Olive oil * Fresh basil leaves from the garden * 1 jar Heinz Margarita Tomato Sauce For the Layered Vegetables * 2 courgettes, finely sliced * 6 plum tomatoes, finely sliced * 1 thin aubergine, finely sliced (I had plenty of vegetables left over, so these quantities may produce more slices than required.) To Finish * 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped * 4 sprigs fresh thyme * 3 sprigs fresh basil (using the tiny leaves from the top of the plant) * Olive oil * Sea salt Dressing * 1 tablespoon cooked ratatouille from the base * 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil * 1 clove garlic, finely chopped * 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar @heinz_uk @laespanolauk #Ratatouille #DisneyRatatouille #FrenchCooking #ChefLife #HomeCooking by @thedishydads
7 days of feeding sourdough , a few ups, a few downs, a few moments where I thought I’d messed it up… but that’s all part of the process. It’s easy to forget that good things take time. Whether it’s bread, cooking, or just learning something new, patience usually wins. Now the fun part begins… deciding what to put on that first slice. What’s your favourite thing to eat with fresh sourdough? @rockoystermedia #sourdough #sourdoughstarter #homemadebread #artisanbread by @thedishydads

@greatbritishfoodfestival — what a weekend! 🍴🎪 A huge thank you to everyone who came along, watched, laughed, tasted and joined in. Gary and I had an absolute blast on stage as @thedishydads As two dads, family will always be at the heart of everything we do. Cooking isn’t about being perfect. It isn’t about fancy ingredients. It isn’t about impressing people. It’s about bringing the people you love together. Seeing families laughing, eating, and making memories at Great British Food Festival today reminded us why we first fell in love with food. Thanks for making us feel so welcome. Good food, great people and plenty of fun exactly what it’s all about ❤️ #DishyDads #GreatBritishFoodFestival #FoodFestival #ChefLife #CookingDemo by @thedishydads
