Spicy 50
Enjoy a symphony in the glass @thedonovanbar
I used the superb Re’al Vanilla syrup together with natural vodka to create a richer texture to my classic Spicy 50 and increased the lime juice and elderflower cordial to balance.
50ml vodka
10ml Re’al syrup
20ml Elderflower cordial
20ml lime juice
10ml honey syrup
One piece of fresh chilly
Shake and strain, garnish with a red eye chilly

After 8 incredible years, it’s time to bid farewell to our wonderful Assistant Director, Cristiana. It’s been an absolute pleasure having you with us and watching you grow, flourish and become the incredible bartender you are today. You’ll be hugely missed, but we couldn’t be prouder of everything you’ve achieved.
