Just living in the moment!
A moment I wanted to make last. The climb is worth the view, and what better way to take it all in than to settle down and have some lunch. JB & Sage found a comfortable rock to take a nap while we made it. Nothing tastes better than hot soup at a lookout.
This hike was stunning throughout, we kept finding new spots to stop and take it all in.
A perfect hike to finish off our week of adventures as well as complete our #52hikechallenge #hike52

Love how you can walk one trail and come across multiple landscapes. Always looking forward to whats coming around the next corner.
After each corner, breaths get deeper, shoulders lower, and there is nothing but you and Mother Nature.

Even though the leaves have all fallen, it is beautiful out on the trails. You just need to slow down and take the time to see all that is in front of you! Take a deep breath, have a treat, have some laughs, look around you and open your eyes… you will be thankful you did.

Always up for an adventure… and always up for a tasty treat… or two or three!!
Don’t you find treats always taste better on the trails?
We love having some hot soup or making some #momofuko on our jet boil. Having a hot drink and relaxing… that’s all part of the journey. And you know, we cannot have an adventure without @ohmy.dogness treats. If we ever forgot them… there would be an ad out for new hoomans!

Is it ZZ Top or is it OMD Top?
Who ever it is… they’re rocking the joint!
Would you pay to see these two guitar doods?

We always try to find a creative way to use our empty @ohmy.dogness bags. You can tell we love these treatos!

Is it a bird, is it a plane… or are we howling?
We weren’t sure either… we were just trying to join the wolf.
A beautiful crisp day for an adventure! Filled with beautiful views, treat breaks and laughter! What more could you ask for.

If a tree falls in a forest, does anybody hear?

Getting to a lookout in autumn is what it’s all about! The colours are reaching their peak and the weather is getting crisp. It’s the time of year that we take deeper breaths, longer looks and a second cup when we stop for tea & treats. Slow down, take in the beauty and live in the moment. Do you love the fall, like us?
