I didn’t become a surgeon by accident.
I didn’t train to fight for aesthetics.

I worked for years so my hands could heal and defend.
So my safety would never depend on permission.
So my freedom would never be borrowed.

Every woman deserves the chance
to feel capable, protected, and free—
anywhere in the world.

I am lucky now to have the best of both worlds… freedom in my career and support from a strong man who lifts me up and amplifies my dreams without stifling me. I am lucky to have been born into a place and time in which this was all possible. Support every woman’s right to self-determination.

Love you @jasonecholsfitness and @xenwellnesstx

Happy belated birthday to this wonderful woman 🖤 I’m a few days late thanks to call schedules, travel, and ER visits but wanted to take a second to recognize @tinahart78 for the loving wife, mother, and daughter she is. HBD mamacita 🍾 by @thedragondoc
