POSTS STORIES REELS

I am so blessed to hold space for you all, every single day I wake up with immense gratitude for the trust that you give me to hold deep energetic space for you.

My offerings are here to support you in your healing and wellbeing and deepen your connection to your body and energetic centre. My goal is always to connect you to your truest self, create energetic balance, release tension in the body and help you drop in to stillness - where we ultimately connect to our gut and intuition.

Each Session, Ceremony, cup of Cacao or Curated Experience is always different, tailored to you and your needs. I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to do this work, to hold space for others. It is truly a privilege.

My mission is to normalise nervous system care as an essential modern practice to be as fundamental as aesthetic maintenance. My work centres on guiding you back to your internal compass, where meaningful and lasting transformation begins.

Thank you to all of my wonderful clients who trust me with their energy, I am so grateful for your kind words. When I read these testimonials I cried. It’s so touching to know that these sessions are as meaningful to you as they are to me.

If you feel the call to work together, I am here when you’re ready.

I look forward to meeting you,

With Love,

Vickie by @thedreamof__

What an honour to be featured in the @fthtsi 12 smart ways to spend it in September 🤍

Thank you so much @ines_cross for featuring my new treatment The Recalibration which officially launches on September 1st. It is truly the reset so many of us need, combining Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage, Frequency Work & Reiki.

For the last month I’ve been trialling it on many people who suffer from inflammatory disorders or fluid retention and the results are just incredible to witness. Physical, emotional and spiritual recalibration and release has been the most common feedback. A feeling of lightness, total relaxation and emotional and energetic regulation. It’s designed to help you let go of whatever is not serving you, holding you back from your inner knowing. We work together, getting you back to a level of safety so that the nervous system can regulate, so that you drop into your true centre. The body responds to your energy shifting. It’s magic ✨

I’ve just adjusted my schedule to allow for some more sessions this September. If you have the call, I’m here and I can’t wait to meet you 🌀 by @thedreamof__

Thank you so much @mary__cleary @wallpapermag for your beautiful words.

I’m so grateful for the trust to bring you into this healing sanctuary we have created @thedreamof__ and for you to allow me to bring Reiki into your life ✨

Treating anyone for the first time, especially being their first experience of Reiki, is always a privilege.

I like to give people as much notice as possible when it comes to changes, so here’s my announcement for what the next few months have in store.

I’m so grateful for you, my clients. Every visit to see me for a session or purchase from my store is a gift. I never ever take any of it for granted and you literally keep my dream (no pun intended) of this beautiful life of service that I’m creating, alive.

As I continue to grow and develop the offering here @thedreamof__ I have to also honour the internal shifts and seasons within myself. I have to honour what needs to change for me to turn up as resourced, open and as clear as I possibly can be, for you 🌀

I am taking some time to pause on hosting my Cacao & Reiki circles until Spring next year, however keep your eyes peeled for more announcements because someone VERY special may be stepping in to hold this space for you, and with me, in the interim and beyond 👀✨

Thank you so much for your continued support, I am beyond grateful for every single one of you. I am so proud of this growing community that we are building, I hope you feel it, because it is really so special.

I have more to share with you soon, so hold tight. I can’t wait for what is to come.

It’s going to be magic, just you wait ✨ by @thedreamof__

OUR NEXT OPEN DAY IS 01/11/27 11am - 4.30pm 🌀✨

Opening the space up to you and hosting you for the day is one of my most favourite things to do.

As you know, we are by appointment here @thedreamof__ so unless you’re coming for a session or attending a Cacao Ceremony, the space isn’t open for browsing. That’s why once a month I try my best to make it open to you, so you can take a peek in yourself, have a chat, or buy a beautiful and delicious Ceremonial Cacao to go if you fancy it ✨

I can’t wait to have you by, let me know in the comments if you can make it!

All my love,
Vickie x by @thedreamof__

It’s always a pleasure but never expected when I get mentioned to others. I’m so grateful @jordanfstephens for you talking about your experience with me with @miquitaoliver on @missme.4eva 🤍

I’m so touched to be spoken so highly of, but also that this conversation came up around grief. Reiki is such an incredible modality to work with in the throes of any challenge (it’s also beautiful when you’re feeling GOOD too!) but I find it particularly effective for tending to the nervous system in the pains of grief. Because quite frankly, grief is the worst.

The universe also works in mysterious ways, because the day this episode was released I published a @substack on my own experience with grief and how it’s changed me. Energy work has been a huge part of my life own personal life change, but also how I tend to the parts of my soul that words can’t touch. It’s a feeling, it’s energy, and it works.

I’m so grateful for the mention amongst a tender and emotional discussion that @miquitaoliver and @jordanfstephens held, thank you so much for sharing your truths so openly. Speaking the language of the heart heals people, and the work you do together is so beautiful.

If you listened to the episode and followed me, thank you. Hopefully I’ll get to hold space for you one day too.

Thank you so much @hannahcrosb for featuring me in your @obsmagazine life choices this weekend 🤍

I’m so happy to have converted you to Reiki and fingers crossed I won’t have to make that career change any time soon…

I love being people’s first experience of Reiki, it’s truly a privilege and not one I take lightly. To be trusted to hold space for another and work with their energy is truly sacred and the sign of someone’s energetic and nervous system feeling safe enough to fall asleep is the biggest compliment.

If you have the call to see me, my one to one sessions are open for October 🌀

Launching in September, a signature treatment born from Founder @vickiebiggs own journey of healing and recovery.

During her own experience navigating inflammation and restoring balance within her body, Vickie explored the deep connection between physical wellbeing, the nervous system and energetic health.

This exploration inspired the creation of The Recalibration - an immersive treatment designed to support the body in returning to a state of flow, calm and equilibrium.
Combining Brazilian lymphatic drainage, intuitive bodywork, Reiki and frequency healing, this deeply restorative experience works with both the physical body and energetic field.

The treatment focuses on encouraging lymphatic flow, supporting relaxation and creating the conditions for the nervous system to soften and regulate. Through intuitive touch and frequency healing, each session is guided by what your body needs in the moment.

Using @monasterymade Gold and Lapiz healing oils, chosen for their sensory and energetic qualities, the experience becomes a ritual of restoration and reconnection.

The Recalibration is not simply about creating a moment of calm; it is about supporting the body in finding a new rhythm of balance.

Beginning with time to understand where you are and what you are seeking support with, each session concludes with space to reflect on intuitive insights, sensations and shifts experienced during the treatment.

A deeply personal experience for those seeking to release, restore and reconnect with themselves.

I had a thought yesterday - I constantly get asked how I got into doing what I do, but rarely why.

The healers path is often long and quite painful. My story as to how I got into this is so different to the why. In my opinion, the why has so much more depth. There are much easier ways to turn up for work every day - this job is not for the faint hearted. It requires deep presence and a lifetime of self reflection, preservation and interrogation to ethically hold space for others. It is not always easy, but oh my is it worthwhile.

I am so grateful to every single person who walks through those doors. To live a life of service is all I want.

We who tread this path are so blessed, it is the greatest privilege to hold a space so intimate, to be trusted with your energetic or physical body. I never, ever take it for granted.

If you have the call to work together, my summer hours are now live 🌀
