We are beyond excited to officially reveal the future of The Dr Tom Clinic 💫 A new landmark destination for aesthetics, health and wellbeing in Wales, coming 2027. We’re not moving. We’re transforming the place our clinic already calls home. Our beautiful building, The Old Police Station, is about to enter its biggest chapter yet, becoming a space created entirely around the vision we’ve had for The Dr Tom Clinic from the very beginning. And after months of planning, designing and dreaming, we can finally share the first look at what’s to come. A complete transformation that will feel unmistakably Dr Tom, while celebrating the history, character and original features that make this building so special. And importantly, this will be so much more than just a clinic. A destination for patients, education, training, major brand events and collaboration, bringing some of the biggest names, brands and businesses together right here in Wales. We’re building something Wales hasn’t seen before A new era for The Dr Tom Clinic. Coming 2027 ❤️ . . . Interior design & creative vision : @brandinterioragency Architectural input : @initiatearchitecture These designs showcase Phase One, focusing on the transformation of the clinic interior. With a much wider redevelopment of the site still to come. by @thedrtomclinic
Dreams really do come true. A secret that has been so hard to keep quiet… We are now the OWNERS of our very own clinic building & county treasure. Not rented. Not leased. It’s ours. 5 treatment rooms. A health and wellness centre. Dedicated training space. A home for everything we once only imagined possible. Our own beautiful building in the most incredible location - somewhere that already means so much to this community, and somewhere we now get to call home 🏡 Three years ago I knocked on the door of this very building on a complete whim… asking if I could rent a room for two hours every fortnight. Two hours a fortnight!! And I loved it then. There was just something about it. But NEVER EVER did I imagine that one day we might own the place And yet here we are My word we’ve worked hard. But it has been the most incredible journey. And I carry it all with such immense pride. I genuinely mean it when I say I’ve met some of the very best people of my life through this journey. 🤍 I’ve learnt more from my patients than they will ever know. The support, the warmth, the loyalty - all of it. I will never ever take it for granted. Last week I said my life has changed forever. Well this is what I meant. The biggest step yet. We already have the best visitors. Now it’s time to build the best team with the best people. And built on everything I’ve felt in clinic these past few years. Our own health & wellness centre. Our building. Our home. The Dr Tom Clinic It’s time to live the dream properly now And build a future we could never have even imagined 🥹 by @thedrtomclinic
The wait is finally over ❤️ And this feels really special.. DELIGHTED to introduce two of the most incredible people & clinicians making up our new top team at the clinic 🥇💫 A massive, massive welcome to Nurse Farron and Dr Freya 👩🏻‍⚕️👩🏼‍⚕️ 💫 Farron joins us as a Registered Nurse and will be leading many of our skin treatments including microneedling, chemical peels, skin consults and exosome therapy. And I just KNOW our visitors will love her. She’s warm, genuine and instantly puts you at ease. We watched and watched her experience grow from a distance for a really long time, planting some seeds… 😂 and now beyond delighted to have her as one of ours ❤️ ✨ Freya joins us as a previous Obs & Gynae Registrar, bringing extensive surgical experience and a huge passion for women’s health. Having someone of Freya’s calibre is a massive, massive marker of what we stand for as a team. An exceptional doctor & person. When we first spoke to Freya 12 months ago, I remember thinking she’d be exactly the sort of person we’d love to have here one day - and here we are ❤️ Beyond proud to have two genuinely brilliant people join the family The next chapter starts now 💪🏻🥇 Welcome to The Dr Tom Clinic, Farron and Freya ❤️ by @thedrtomclinic
And another one!! 🥹💪🏼 Absolutely delighted to be featured in the @dailymail for the SECOND time, sharing my insight and clinical perspective on another incredible skin transformation 💫 A really proud moment for the clinic & a reflection of the standards we’re working so hard to build 🌍💪🏻 A brilliant case expertly managed by @houseofskincareuk showcasing what can be achieved with the right expertise, the right treatment plan and the power of @alumiermd skincare👨🏻‍⚕️ Skin health is at the heart of everything we do, and to see our clinical expertise and commitment to excellence recognised on a national stage is a particularly rewarding milestone Its a busy busy month coming up - what an incredible incredible start ❤️ by @thedrtomclinic
It’s been some journey so far I loved this video because when I think about what’s made the clinic what it is today, hopefully it captures a lot of what we stand for Speaking from the heart like always ❤️ And I really feel that this feeds back into our patients time & time again It’s no secret how proud I am of what we’re building. But more than anything, I’m proud of the relationships and trust that we’ve built along the way too There’s an enormous amount of trust that comes with what we do, and I never want to take that for granted. It’s something I feel a responsibility to repay in every single appointment. We’ve worked incredibly hard to get here, but none of it would mean quite as much without our passion for this with our patients who have made this clinic so much more than a business And if there’s one thing I hope never changes, no matter how much we grow, it’s that We’ve worked incredibly hard to get here and entering the next chapter now - I really hope we’re just getting started ❤️ by @thedrtomclinic
And our dreams really do come true after all ❤️ Let’s get to work 🏗️💪🏻 by @thedrtomclinic
A landmark destination for aesthetics, health and wellbeing in Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 Welcome to the future of The Dr Tom Clinic 🥇 Our clinic’s home, the iconic Old Police Station, is about to enter its most exciting chapter yet. The Dr Tom Clinic has grown beyond anything we could have imagined. Thousands of patients. An incredible community. People travelling from across Wales and beyond. A growing team. National recognition. And a demand that continues to grow with us. And now, we’re ready for what comes next. Four treatment rooms. A dedicated education and training venue. Spaces for major brand events, networking and collaboration. And an elevated patient experience from the moment you walk through the door. But this is about more than creating a bigger clinic. We want to create somewhere people talk about. A destination patients want to visit. A place practitioners want to learn. A space leading brands want to be part of. And somewhere that brings some of the biggest names in our industry right here to Wales. Something that feels exciting not just for us, but for Welsh aesthetics, health and wellbeing as a whole. And this is actually only the beginning!! The future of The Dr Tom Clinic. Coming 2027 ❤️ by @thedrtomclinic
We’ve reached the summit ⛰️🏆 Beyond thrilled to announce a partnership with @alumiermd as the new Key Opinion Leader To be recognised by a brand I’ve trusted for years and asked to represent them on an international level is something I’m incredibly proud of 🌍 A brand that’s shaped me as a clinician and a brand we’ve grown up with in clinic from day 1 And I can still remember taking a photo next to our skincare stand that we built at home, just because we couldn’t wait to show it off in clinic 😂 I remember it ALL ❤️ Pic 3 for the proof 💀 But here we are!! It means we’ll be working together on clinician education, innovation and helping shape the future of medical skincare A few months in the making but my word a massive massive honour I cannot wait to get to work ❤️ by @thedrtomclinic
There is just so much power in opening up the eyes 💫 One of my favourite transformations in the last few weeks 🥇 Time & time again - the goal is so often to lift, brighten and enhance…. And the truth is it’s not easy!! BUT, respect anatomy & understand where we can be really impactful….. then I think this just shows how impactful we can be We love it, our patient loves it and we couldn’t be more delighted 🤝🏻 by @thedrtomclinic
A day of massively mixed emotions 🫶🏻 Today we said goodbye to @gillian_mcphysio who has called The Old Police Station home for so many years, and the person who, five years ago, gave me, my very first space here When we bought this beautiful building earlier this year, Gillian remained here as our tenant, but actually five years ago it was completely the other way around When I was still right at the beginning of my journey, I came to Gillian and she gave me a space here. I started by renting a room for just a couple of hours a week, and as things grew, she was kind enough to give us more and more space to build what has eventually become everything it is today. I don’t think either of us could have imagined back then that we’d be standing here taking over the responsibility of the whole building. Gillian has poured so much into this place over the years and has made this such a special place for so many people. And I’ll always be incredibly grateful that she gave me that first little bit of space and, more importantly, the opportunity to grow within it And now, for the first time, the whole building becomes home to The Dr Tom Clinic. A massive full circle. And also incredibly special. Thank you for everything, Gillian. We’ll never forget where it all started. We’ll miss you immensely but we also cannot wait to show you what we finish when it’s all said and done ❤️ One chapter closes, and a very exciting new one begins Time now to make this beautiful building our own 🫶🏻 by @thedrtomclinic
And now our lives change forever Our little baby girl 🤍 Due February 2027 It’s been 5 months of growing her & keeping her our little secret. And now the best chapter yet is about to come Worth every moment that brought us here And now our biggest blessing of all 🤍🤍 by @thedrtomclinic
Profile Balancing 💫 So incredibly powerful when executed well 🧑🏻‍🎨 And here we sit today 👌🏻 Finely placed dermal filler in the lower face to STRENGTHEN, ELONGATE and ENHANCE her very best features 💫 The goal…. Simply to improve and enhance the side profile in preparation for the big day 👰🏻‍♀️💍 The assessment, absolutely VITAL to this result, led us to an agreed plan to define and contour the chin & jaw - with a primary focus on projecting the chin Using small amounts of dermal filler, strategically placed into the lower face - we’ve added strength, balance and support exactly where it was needed Our assessment was always about restoring balance between the nose, lips, chin and neck so the profile looks stronger, more harmonious and completely natural And we’ve achieved just that A stronger, more balanced profile that still looks completely like them Exactly what good aesthetic medicine can achieve 👨🏻‍⚕️ And just that touch more confident - making enhancements like this so special 💫 by @thedrtomclinic
