Big stepper turned certified ❌treme Hip Hop Coach!!

I’m grateful to have been taught to step by so many amazing women. Each of my teachers left me with lessons: the courage to start, the confidence to do hard things, the strength to face what scares me, and the encouragement to return when I doubted myself. Because of them, I am always striving to be better than I was yesterday while enjoying the process of becoming. I couldn’t have done it without each and everyone one of you!

Our ability to move is such a blessing and I dont take it for granted. I have one simple goal, to carry forward the lessons I’ve been taught, while teaching some newbies how to clack and step😭😭 #xtremehiphopcoach #step #xtremehiphopstep #stepaerobics #fitnessinstructor by @thee_zoe_stepper

It’s a beautiful thing to be living in an answered prayer. When I got certified this is EXACTLY what I envisioned. A space for people to move their bodies and have fun! May our joy and our love be a testament to others that God is good.

Shout out to @dmv_digitaldisciples for trusting me to carry out this event and coming through! And a big shout out to all my step fam for coming out to support, I dont take it for granted. I’ve already got the September date set. See you there 👀👀

I saw another step girlie post her learning a new move and I thought it was the cutest thing. Rarely do we ever see the “in between” moments with people. It’s always the moments where people show confidence and have everything down.

So while I’m taking a few days to let my ankle recover, here’s a small moment of me learning an exciting new move, reverse lunge 2, for the first time. You can see I was nervous and looked back at Gaby to see whether I got it right😭😭. She gave the nod of approval 😊😊. I may not look like it in the video but I was happy to nail it.

Happy stepping everyone!! Hope you are enjoying the in between moments as well!! #fitness #stepaerobics #fitnessmotivation #cardio #xtremehiphop by @thee_zoe_stepper

If you’re anything like me I had no idea what to expect with the step up and tone classes. So glad Gaby broke it down pretty well and made it fun for us. Y’all tell her to bring it back next month. I need to be skinny by tomorrow! #fitness #stepaerobics #cardio #stepupandtonewithgab #fitnessmotivation by @thee_zoe_stepper

Tim, I want to thank you for letting us all in and sharing your story with us. Even during such a difficult season you’re still giving to others by bringing awareness to prostate cancer. I’m wishing you nothing but peace as you navigate your treatments. I’m standing in the gap for you and keeping you in my prayers. I love seeing you on my screen and can’t wait to see you more! 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽

I really enjoyed this weekend’s class❤️. Don’t let the highlight clips fool you though, I’m currently drafting my documentary on surviving Gaby’s step class. First question of the interview “What are we training for??!!!!”. The people want to know!! I went to sleep having nightmares about 3KA. 😭😭 #fitness #stepaerobics #xtremehiphop #cardio #step by @thee_zoe_stepper
