✨ My First Published Book is Finally Live on Amazon ✨

After sharing so many stories and moments with you all, I’m beyond excited to announce that my debut book, "The Girl on High Street," is officially live! 📚✨ The love and support I received from you last year has meant everything to me, and I’m so eager for you to dive into this story.

Writing this book has been a whirlwind of excitement, vulnerability, and nerves, but seeing it come to life is truly a dream realized. 💖

About the Book: "The Girl on High Street" is a tale that begins with a simple act of compassion but quickly unravels into something much more complex and unsettling 🌆💫

I’m so excited to share this with all of you, and I hope it resonates with you in some way. 💪❤️

✨ Grateful Beyond Words ✨

Happy new year ! I know this post is long overdue, but the gratitude I feel remains as overwhelming as ever. I’m incredibly humbled to share the results of our recent fundraiser in support of the amazing work being done by the Sickle Life Foundation in Ghana. Thanks to the generosity of friends, family, and all who contributed, we were able to provide life-changing medical treatment for patients and host a meaningful meetup for patients and their families. 🙏

Your donations not only made a tangible impact but also brought hope and connection to those affected by sickle cell disease. This would not have been possible without your support. Together, we made a difference.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who donated, volunteered, and shared their time and resources. You are helping to create a brighter future for so many. 💙

POV: This year , I decided every month would be dedicated to me either trying something I’ve always wanted to do or address an insecurity I’ve carried for years.

So far I've checked off :
• Tap dancing classes ✅
• Violin lessons✅
• ASL classes✅
• And now lip neutralization/lip blushing✅ 💉🩷

I’ve had dark lips my entire life. Never smoked a day in my life, but it’s always been something I wanted to explore changing for myself. So I told myself the month of May would be the month I finally did it.

Come with me as I got my lip neutralization procedure done at Divine Brows & Beauty on Grove Street in worcester MA

From the moment I walked in, the place smelled amazing, was super clean, and the vibes were immaculate. She was warm, welcoming, engaging, and her playlist? Top tier 🤌🏾

The process took about 3 hours:
• Preliminary shading
• Outlining
• Numbing
• Then the full procedure

And let me tell you that numbing cream deserves an award because I did NOT feel a thing 😭😂

I’m currently 2.5 weeks post-procedure and still shedding. I was told it can take up to 3 months to see the final healed results, with touch-ups if needed.

But honestly? I’m glad I did it. Here’s to permission season 🥰🥰🥰 PS: This isn't my first time getting my lips neutralized , the first time I did it out of the country and let's just say my lips blew up like a blowfish🤦🏾‍♀️ . It was awful. You can view that on my Tik tok 🤷🏾‍♀️ by @theecelebrant
