He was doing everything a “good student” was supposed to do.

He paid attention. He worked hard. His notes were organized. He was earning honors in English and Social Studies.

But when it came to math, he told his teacher:

“I can’t do math!”

His previous grade seemed to prove it: 32%.

But Karen Harris, a math teacher who was beginning her Eden Energy Medicine training, noticed clues that made her wonder whether something else was going on.

She taught him a few simple crossover exercises.

Months later, Karen saw him again.

His story had changed dramatically. 💛

92% in the math class she had left.
85% in Grade 11 academic math.
And the student who hated running had just completed a 10K.

Before there was the Eden Method, there was Donna, two young daughters, and a determination to understand her own body. 💙

Living with Multiple Sclerosis, Donna began experimenting with the energy she could naturally see and feel.

She remembers feeling benefits the very first day. Her progress took time, and she says it was nearly two years before her symptoms were gone.

As David reminds her in this conversation, “You were really inventing Eden Energy Medicine in the process.” ✨

What began as Donna’s personal healing journey grew into more than 50 years of learning, teaching, and sharing this work with others.

A love story that began more than four decades ago. 💕💍

In 1984, Donna and David had their engagement photos taken in Ashland, Oregon, by their dear friend and photographer, Hank Kranzler.

A few months later, on October 7th, they exchanged vows at Angie Dickinson’s home in Beverly Hills. 🥰

And their wedding songs? “You’re My Best Friend” by Queen and “Up Where We Belong” by Joe Cocker and Jennifer Warnes. 🎶

Two songs that still feel so fitting for a couple who have shared a lifetime of love, laughter, and adventure together.

Happy Anniversary, Donna and David! ❤️

When anxious thoughts keep growing and growing, it can feel almost impossible to switch them off. 💙

There are stories from Donna's life that we've heard many times and still find ourselves thinking, “Wow.” 💚

This is one of them.

Donna was driving alone in Mexico when she came upon a terrible accident. A young woman named Maria had been struck by a bus, and Donna was the first person to stop.

Maria was unconscious.

Donna could see her aura had collapsed into her body and felt that her life force was draining away.

So she did what Donna has spent her life learning to do.

She worked with energy.

With the help of a 13-year-old boy who didn't even speak the same language, Donna began holding Triple Warmer points, then Heart Meridian endpoints and neurovascular points.

She later described those minutes with words we'll never forget:

“It felt like we were holding her life force in our hands.”

But what happened at the hospital the following morning makes this story even more extraordinary.

The doctor found Donna and asked:

“What did you do?”
