Imagine walking into a room where you don’t have to know anyone to feel welcome. 🤎

You roll out your mat, meet the girl next to you, and give yourself a moment to breathe. We move, we feel the burn, we laugh through the shaky parts and suddenly, showing up for yourself feels a little less lonely.

That’s what I’m creating with The Edit by Ro Pilates Social. A place to build strength and friendships. Somewhere you can come as you are and find people you look forward to seeing again.

November 11 ✨
5:30 PM | Align + Flow
6:30 PM | Align + Sculpt

If you’ve been wanting to get out, meet new people, and do something that feels good for YOU come join us. I’d love to meet you on the mat.

Reserve your spot through the Eventbrite link in my bio. 🎟️

83 people. One room. So much gratitude. 🤍

A little GRWM + recap of a morning I’ll never forget. Leading 83 people through Pilates today at @cafeoliviatx has left my heart so full. Thank you to everyone who showed up, trusted me to guide you, and shared your energy with this room.

Pilates has already given me so much community, connection, and opportunities I once only dreamed about. And I’m just getting started. 🥹

Thank you, @cafeoliviatx for providing such a beautiful space and setting the vibe for us to move and connect.

I can’t wait to share The Edit Pilates Social’s November schedule with you! More movement, more connection, and more moments like this. I promise, we’re just getting started. ✨ by @theeditbyro

TIME TO FLOW WITH RO | EP. 01

A little sculpt. A little Pilates. A whole lotta burn.

Welcome to Time to Flow with Ro where I’m bringing some of my favorite movements from the flows I teach straight to your feed.

This one is giving full body + core + glutes with a little balance work mixed in.

Today’s flow:
• Weighted knee drive + overhead press
• Donkey kick
• Low lunge hold
• Weighted plié squat
• Bird dog extension
• And a few transitions to make it FLOW

Save this one for your next mat day.

And tell me in the comments — which move would have you shaking first? 👀

Should I drop the full follow-along workout next?

Time to Flow with Ro.
See you on the mat.

Ladies… football season has officially begun. 🏈

But around here, Sundays have a different starting lineup. 😏

Core showed up.
Glutes showed out.
And somehow Coach Ro called TEN more reps in the 4th quarter. 😂🔥

Sunday Pilates is officially GAME DAY.

Who are we putting in the starting lineup next week?! 👀🏈

A full-circle moment I’ll never forget. 🤎✨

I waited an entire year to experience @blackgirl.fit Epic Fit Fest. Last year, I was far too pregnant to attend 😂 and this year, everything about being in a building filled with 1,000+ women who chose wellness, fitness, community, and pouring into themselves just felt so aligned.

But what made today even more special was having the honor of joining my girl @michellelfitness7 on stage and helping lead a room of 100+ women through a Mat Pilates class. 🥹

To share that stage with someone I truly admire and consider one of the greats in this fitness space was such an honor. Thank you for inviting me to be a part of your moment and trusting me to move alongside you. 🤎

From watching from afar last year while preparing to become a mama… to being here this year, certified, teaching, building community, and stepping onto that stage I’m reminded that sometimes alignment looks like simply continuing to show up until the moment finds you.

Today filled my cup in the best way.

Here’s to wellness, movement, sisterhood & community. 🫶🏾✨

Set: @fabletics by @theeditbyro

Pilates found me in one of the most transformative seasons of my life postpartum.

It gave me more than movement. It gave me peace. It reminded me to slow down, breathe, trust my body again, and appreciate all it has carried me through.

Now, when I step in front of a class, my heart is full. Teaching isn’t just about exercise it’s about creating a space where women feel seen, strong, and supported.

Whether you’re an entrepreneur, a wife, a mom, or simply a woman looking for a place to belong, this is the kind of community I want to build.

Here’s to choosing connection over comparison, community over competition, and helping one another become stronger inside and out. 🤍

Cheers to more community & less competition. ✨

Today filled my cup in ways I can’t fully put into words. 🤍

Teaching my first Pilates class and seeing so many women show up, move their bodies, laugh, connect, and pour into one another was such a gift. This is exactly why The Edit was created to build a space where women feel seen, supported, and stronger together.

Thank you to every single woman who came today. Thank you for trusting me, encouraging me, and being part of this journey. I’m leaving with a full heart and so much gratitude.

This is only the beginning. ✨🫶
