SALT summah, you were too good to us!! I started SALT with a very clear vision: good Pilates, really good music, intentional details and a space on the South Side where movement could feel just as social as everything we already love about Chicago summer. And somehow, watching y’all actually live in that vision every Sunday was even better than I pictured. The hundreds. The house music. The dance breaks. The SALT selfies. Showing up alone and leaving with new people. Staying long after class was technically over (That was always the point). I’m especially grateful for @pageonepilates , our studio partner, for believing in the vision and showing up for SALT in such a real way, and @blackgirlvitamins , our series partner, for riding with us all summer and continuing to pour into this community. Having partners who understood what I was building made all the difference. And so much love to every other brand, partner, family member & friend who touched SALT this season and helped make the details as good as the class. I couldn’t have done it without my teammmmm ✨✨✨ To everybody who pulled up, brought somebody, came alone, danced, took 47 pictures at the mirror, told a friend and came back again… thank you for showing me what it looks like when a vision becomes something people genuinely want to be part of. We made something really good on the South Side. SALT summah ’26. That’s a wrap 💋💋 made for Chicago summers. always. taken in Chicago, Illinois by @theeditpilates

The class is only part of it. It’s the hugs before, the yapping after, the familiar faces and the new ones that somehow don’t stay new for long.
