Chapter: Home 🎭

Stepping back into acting at the end of 2024 changed my life in ways I didn’t expect… and somehow, it all led to this moment.

My first playbill. My final show. And a heart that is completely full. 🎭✨

This experience stretched me in ways I didn’t expect. Holding space for everyone’s stories made me more empathetic, more present, and more connected—not just as an actor, but as a person. It was emotional, it was real, and it left me feeling genuinely empowered.

I came into this program with no clue what I was doing… just a feeling that I wanted to get back into acting. And somehow, everything aligned. Having a script rooted in our real-life experiences made it easier to truly connect and live in the performance. I’m still trying to recover.

To my cast… thank you. For the long rehearsals, the vulnerability, the laughter, and the trust we built over time. Creating with people willing to be that real is something I’ll never take for granted.

And playing Stormy… she challenged me. She pushed me to feel deeper, listen more, and show up in ways that felt raw and honest. Parts of her felt close to home, while others stretched me completely—and that’s what made her so special to me.

Thank you to everyone who came out, supported, sent messages, and showed love. To my mom, family, friends, and even my old vocal coaches—your encouragement means more than I can put into words.

A very special thank you to my program director— Ms.Melody, my second mother. Your love and presence made me feel understood, supported, and safe. I’m forever grateful our paths crossed.

Thank you to my acting coach Akim Black, Chris Wells from The Barrow Group, and the entire production team—Juanita and Jessa—thank you for helping me push through and show up fully. I couldn’t have done it without you.

This experience reminded me why I came back to acting in the first place… and this is only the beginning. 💫
