It’s fitness Friday!!

I want to pay homage to my cousin @editra23

Yall! She has been getting after it for quite some time.

So much so, I was completely inspired.

Back in April, I called her for some tips and she simply said:

1. You gotta take away all the excuses.
2. You have to be determined.
3. The process ain’t a cute!

Here’s what she told me to do…

- Go get a few items to work out at home.
- Dumbells/kettle bell
- Walking pad/ treadmill
- Resistance band
I WENT TO 5 BELOW AND GOT WHAT I COULD)
- Keep those items close/ within reach!
- Make sure you choose you everyday!
- She travels A LOT… in and out of the country…but everywhere she goes, she finds a gym!
- Get comfortable with changing your eating habits
- Use at home workout videos

SHE IS DOWN FROM 367 to 186!!!!!

What a transformation! I’m super proud of you girl!

I wanted to give you for flowers!

I love you and thank you for playing your part in encouraging me to get my ish together! 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾 by @theejfire

A loser ain’t nothing but a winner who tried one more time!

This journey is about mental toughness and discipline.

Do you have the discipline to do what you say you were going to do, when no one is looking?

Your word has to at least be bond to self…. That’s the least you can do for YOU!

Let’s goooooo! 💪🏾
