Introducing Superbloom Talent ⚡ Talent strategy and recruiting for lean teams with big goals. Superbloom assesses where you’re headed, designs the roles you need to get there, recruits the right people, and sets them up to stay. Co-founders Danae Gabriel and MacKenzie Crump met building the recruiting engine behind Upwork’s go-to-market team. Now they bring that big-company caliber of hiring to the founders who need it most on their path to growth. Their brand needed to be confident but considerate, discerning, and evidence-led, just like them! So we paired deep, grounded tones with a jolt of energy and gave them a flower emblem that’s ready to bloom 🌸 Let me know what you think, and explore their awesome work! @superbloomtalent Work shown: Premium Positioning, Elevated Visual Identity, and Custom Website by @theelectriccollab
Introducing Opuluxe Tailored Nursing⚡️ Concierge-level nursing care, brought home. Founded by RNs Danielle Simpson and Jessica Miree for clients who expect the very best and deserve to feel completely at ease. We built a brand as intuitive, attentive, and discreet as the care itself. Deep violet, lavender, and caramel gold, refined but real. The full story behind the brand is coming soon. Introducing Monica Gostkiewicz ⚡ Monica is a spirit channeler and intuitive guide for leaders and changemakers who are ready to reconnect with joy, clarity, and purpose. Before stepping fully into her gifts, she was a Director at Walmart and consultant to Fortune 100 brands. Her work bridges executive credibility and deep intuition, so we built the brand to feel playful, warm, and sophisticatedly unconventional. @monicagostkiewicz Work shown: The Electric Brand Experience | Positioning, Visual Identity, Custom Website by @theelectriccollab

AI is the noisiest space in consulting right now. Laura Czuba needed a brand that doesn’t sound, look or feel like everyone else attempting to capitalize on this sexy white space. So we built one-of-one positioning at the intersection of her personal and professional experience in the healthcare and technology realms, then a visual identity and custom website that carry it: innovating where healthcare is stale, human where AI is unfeeling. Stepping out on your own shouldn’t mean starting from scratch. When you build a brand that centers your years of experience and unique perspective, you lead with credibility and command authority from the jump. If your industry got crowded overnight, would your brand cut through or blend in? Let’s give an electric welcome to Superbloom Talent, founded by Danae Gabriel and MacKenzie Crump. They run recruiting and people ops for founder-led companies, building the teams and the systems that let a founder get back to actually leading. We’re building a complete Electric Brand Experience together (one-of-one messaging, visual identity, and website), and I already know this one is going to be just as brilliant as they are. It’s an honor to partner with founders who spend their days helping other people build something that lasts. Something electric is coming. ⚡ by @theelectriccollab
Jessica had the credentials, experience, and a clear internal vision. She needed a brand that showcased that powerful message across a cohesive brand experience. She’s the founder of Everlight Leadership, personalized professional development for leaders ready to lead with light. Her approach is fresh: evidence-based without being clinical, empowering without ego. But in a space where every coach claims to be transformative, different has to be felt, and premium buyers feel a brand before they read it. So we started with the messaging. One-of-One Positioning to articulate the value only Jessica delivers, with a visual identity and custom website that brings her language to life. In her words: “Emily captured my ideas and passion with ease, shaping them into a clear, compelling, and market-ready brand.” What does your brand say about your business before you’re in the room? “I had no idea how deeply you’d capture our vision or our offerings. This brand project exceeded every single expectation, and our new website made a measurable impact on the business within 24 hours post launch. This is the best money I have spent on this business.” - Carrie Kerpen (@carriekerpen) I love building brands for established businesses who are ready for more. More ownership in the market, more reputation recognition, more ease attracting and winning the premium clients their work is best suited for. When you’ve established a distinct philosophy and need help articulating it, or you serve multiple audiences and needs a brand that immediately resonates with each of them individually, our custom brand building approach was designed to make it happen. Swipe through to experience the re-brand for @wearethewhispergroup. “The best money I’ve spent on this business yet.” I’ll take that feedback allllllll day. Meet The Whisper Group. ⚡ Carrie Kerpen (@carriekerpen) and Maggie Lord (@maggielordandcompany) built, scaled, and sold their companies. Now they lead the largest collective of exited female founders, advising women before, during, and after their best exit. Their brand experience must build trust with founders contemplating the biggest decision and their careers, (selling their business) post-exit founders seeking a new space and purpose to pay their wisdom forward, media partners and high-level collaborators, and more. What do you think of the end result!? This was a joy to build from start to finish. Positioning, messaging, visual identity, and custom website, built end to end to help them close The Exit Gap for good. When Lindsay came to us, she called herself a “quiet operating partner.” It sounded polished. It was also so vague that great-fit clients couldn’t tell what she actually did, and they drifted. So we did the immersive work I swoon over: went deep enough to find the single true thing her business delivers, then rebuilt everything around it. The name, the message, the visuals, the site. She started using the new language before we’d even finished. By launch, she’d doubled her client base. This is what happens when a brand is built on strategy, not decoration. Yours could be next. Less than 1% of all businesses sold are fully women owned. Even fewer get the exit they want. After Carrie Kerpen sold her business for eight figures and Maggie Lord sold hers to David’s Bridal, they combined forces to build a business that closes that Exit Gap...for good. The Whisper Group is the largest collective of exited female founders, advising women before, during, and after their best exit. A business as innovative as this can’t look like every other advisory. They needed a brand that communicated their credibility and centered the unique value they bring to the market while reflecting their warm, down-to-earth personalities. A brand that feels impressive but not intimidating to the brilliant women they serve. We established their one-of-one positioning, elevated their visual identity, and crafted a custom website that pre-sells their value to the right buyer. The Whisper Group is changing the financial landscape for women founders, and it was a privilege to support that mission as their brand partner! Really proud of this one. ⚡ Work Shown: The Electric Brand Experience | One-of-One Positioning, Visual Identity, and Custom Website by @theelectriccollab
