I'm Elend, Lord Ruler of memes. Found a weird 'phone' in Kredik Shaw, now I'm posting online.
⚠️Cosmere spoilers ahead ⚠️

Be the change. Take the next step. Lift the bridge. You can do it. I believe in you.

It is here. I want to be more impactful with this community. I want to be honest and authentic. I feel in order to be my truest self I need to show my truest self. So, after quite some time of preparation. Here it is... I gotta ask. Do I fit the mental image you made in your head?

I present to you. The hot/hate-able scale. I hope it makes sense to you.

Yes it was the smash or pass episode. by @theelendventure

You never know what a little whimsy can accomplish by @theelendventure

She’s old, she has some scars, she doesn’t like touching the grass, she hisses and swats when the boy kitties come around, but she’s sweet to me 😏 and her name is Maya

No she’s not mine. The neighbor feeds her and cares for her but she roams and likes to hang out at my place. She knows I’m always good for free scritches and sometimes a treat. by @theelendventure

These are all a little part of me. These stories and words all became a small part of me. A small part of us. We carry them with us in our thoughts, words and actions. Whether you recognize it or not. The big important quotes and the small little ones all change who you are just by reading them… What are some quotes living in your head rent free?

Find me standing at the front of the boat, mentally somewhere else. Dreaming of being a windrunner

Sometimes the words on a page are more than just words on a page. They’re lessons you carry with you throughout your life. They can make you who you are, and shape who you will become.

Fun fact: I’m still working on my public speaking and had edits take out “all the silences” it cut 20 seconds… sorry to undo that but it looked unnatural.

If anyone wants to see the full teaching you can find the link in my bio.

One of the most memorable parts of The Stormlight Archive and definitely Rhythm of War. “You cannot have my sacrifice” parallels my favorite scene in the Cosmere “you cannot have my pain” excited to see wha Brandon has next for the deadeyes in the following books.

THE DICE ARE MY WEAKNESS
#dicegoblin #mistborn #ttrpg by @theelendventure

My poet picks up his pen in times of peace. In solitude and safety.
My soldier wields a sword when he must. It is a last resort when my loved ones and innocents are threatened.
My king is always on duty. The crown is not a mark of superiority, but a weight my head carries as a constant reminder to me that I shall not float above. I am a servant who aims to serve those around me with a joyful, loving heart.

It’s been a year since I created this account. I’ve made a lot of friends. Made some memories, and I hope I made a lot of smiles. I’ve continued to learn about myself through the whole thing. Why Elend? I met Elend at a time in my life where I was going through a lot of change. I was learning who I really was, and who I wanted to aim to be. You may be thinking of asking me “Do you want to be Elend?” No, not at all. I want to be me. Elend is just a fictional friend who helped me feel like I wasn’t alone in what I was going through. For that I say thank you Mr. Venture. Here’s to more smiles, memories, and growth. by @theelendventure

We wait… In the mean time where do you think Henry Cavill would do best?
