Eleventh Space.

A London design house working across prime residential and hospitality interiors.

We start with the person, not the room. How they live, how they move, how they want to feel. Material, light and detail follow - layered to create spaces that are experienced as much as they are seen.

The beauty is in the unseen. taken in London, United Kingdom by @theeleventhspace

Eleventh Space did not begin in 2026. It is the evolution of over a decade spent designing, building and refining a point of view.

What comes next is narrower and deeper.

Fewer projects. prime residential and hospitality interiors, in London and internationally. Each one led by Omar Bhatti, from first conversation to final detail. taken in London, United Kingdom by @theeleventhspace

There is always a wild card.

The unexpected choice. The piece that shifts the balance, creates tension, or takes a room somewhere we hadn’t planned.

It can’t be prescribed at the beginning of a project. You know it when you find it.

Every Eleventh Space needs one. taken in London, United Kingdom by @theeleventhspace

I don’t want you to admire your home. I want you to enjoy living in it.
If a space changes the way you live and the way you feel, I’ve done my job. taken in London, United Kingdom by @theeleventhspace

A room shouldn't tell you what year it was designed.

We aren't interested in creating interiors for a moment. The real test is whether they still feel relevant years later - after the novelty has gone and life has happened around them.

That doesn't mean playing safe.

It means knowing the difference between something with character and something that will date.

The aim is not timelessness for its own sake. It's longevity. by @theeleventhspace

Material is never just a finish.

Stone can give a room weight. Timber can soften it. Metal can sharpen it. Textile changes not only how a space looks, but how it sounds and how it feels against the body.

We choose materials for what they do to a space - not simply how they photograph.

Structure before finish.

Before we choose a material, we question the plan.

Where do you arrive? Where do you retreat? Do you host six or sixteen? Should sleeping, dressing and recovery really happen in one room simply because the plan calls it a bedroom?

The answers can move walls.

We test and redraw until the architecture supports the way someone actually lives. Sometimes that means fifteen versions of a plan.

Everyone is asking the same question: could this work better? taken in London by @theeleventhspace

Eleventh Space Icon.

We made this the way we make a room.

Structure first. Then proportion, weight, and the places where two things meet and have to agree. taken in London, United Kingdom by @theeleventhspace

Three words, in that order for a reason.

Layered. We build depth through proportion, material, light and detail - never decoration for decoration's sake.

Edited. Knowing what to remove matters as much as knowing what to add. What remains has a reason to be there.

Sensory. Because a space isn't only something you see. It's something you experience - often before you understand why. taken in London by @theeleventhspace

Chapter Eleven.

@SpaceShackldn gave me a over a decade, more than eighty projects, and the foundation for everything that comes next. It is still here, and it made this possible.

After eleven years, I wanted to create something that reflected where I am now - a more personal expression of how I see, feel and approach design.

Eleventh Space is that next chapter. taken in London by @theeleventhspace
