Had a doctors appointment early this morning Took a photo of my bracelets on the bus and decided to show what I was wearing today. Low-key classics.I was early (I’m always early), so I wandered up Madison Avenue. So many great shops have opened north of 86th Street over the last few years—definitely worth a visit if you’re in the neighborhood.If you go, stop by @glacenewyork for an Amalfi Lemon Sundae. 🍋It was far too early for dessert... and too early to shop for that matter. A cotton dress, a silk scarf, and a vintage sewing bag.I picked up this basket thinking it was a handbag. Then I realized it was actually a vintage sewing bag with sewing needles tucked inside.In my mind, though, it was already destined to be a day bag.On the way home after buying it, a darling young woman stopped me to ask about it.
