That’s a wrap on the IEBA 2026 Trip! 🎶

Our EMA members had an incredible week in Nashville filled with networking, learning, and behind-the-scenes experiences in the entertainment industry!

From touring IPS/BLKBX with Kirsten Robbins and the Country Music Hall of Fame to connecting with EMA alumni Emily Zirkle, Trev Burnham, Dr. R, and Jaiden Williams, our members gained valuable insight and made connections along the way.

Our members also volunteered in a variety of roles, including floaters, free room leads, backstage, scanners, and the registration desk. When they weren’t volunteering, they were attending breakout sessions, luncheons, and networking with industry professionals!

We’re so grateful for the opportunities to learn, serve, and grow together. Thank you to IEBA for an amazing week! taken in Nashville, Tennessee by @theemalife
