Iran Vs. Egypt - FIFA World Cup 💚🤍♥️

Fulfilled a childhood dream with my brothers. Laughed, cried, screamed, and cheered. Despite how unfairly Iran was treated during this tournament, they still showed up with so much grace, resilience, and humility. The epitome of who we are. I’m so proud to be Iranian.

i went paragliding!!!! 🪂😅♥️ facing and embracing fear has been a big theme for me this year so i sent it!

with that being said.. why did my instructor do me like that 😂 when we landed one of the people in the park said: “my daughter showed me a video of you landing into a pool at a house party” so… clearly i was the only one who didn’t know what kinda ride it was gonna be lol

big shoutout to one of my best friends for her 30 before 30 challenge and inspiring me to do this with her. i love you @haleyjaephotography. thoroughly enjoyed being in the sky with you 🫂

and thank you to my baby @djsimonesays for capturing me literally and figuratively spiraling 😂😭

many people have asked me what they can do and where to donate in order to support the people of Palestine and Lebanon - i think a great place to start would be @azahir_org. i was honored to attend their fundraising event in Denver, Colorado and i am so moved and inspired by the individuals who created Azahir. so much time and effort goes into establishing a safe, learning environment for children who are subjected to such inhumane circumstances. please consider donating to this beautiful organization. even though our tax dollars are funding war crimes and genocide, our own dollars can help make a difference. thank you for always inspiring me @mutinymadz. you are such a light. by @theemisstea
