So here’s trick or treat, marriage edition 🎃🍫

As for anyone visiting Japan for the first time, my husband brought home a ridiculous amount of KitKat flavours and thought a little couples’ taste test would be cute.

It was… until someone’s sweet tooth officially clocked out😂😂😂

Apparently, there IS such a thing as too much chocolate.

Who knew? certainly not me💀🇯🇵 @kitkatcanada

Japan: A masterclass in efficiency🇯🇵

My husband: A masterclass in testing the system💀

His first trip to Japan and he nearly lost his train ticket while the rest of the country continued operating at full speed😂

Naturally, I did what any supportive wife would do.

I filmed it🎥

In sickness and in health, in good times and in train station emergencies💍

Please tell me I’m not the only one married to the travel entertainment😂 #couple #relatable #couplescomedy #husbandandwife #marriage by @theericasarchive

A little more grateful, a little less in a hurry. 🍂

This year has been a little bit of everything. Beautiful moments, unexpected plot twists, new experiences, and a few what am I even doing with my life? episodes😅

But looking back, there’s so much to be thankful for.

Getting to travel, explore new cities, experience different cultures, and reconnect with family I don’t get to see nearly enough. Those moments alone made this year pretty special. ✈️

I’m also incredibly grateful to be nearing the end of my recovery from last year’s shoulder injury. It’s been a lesson in patience, slowing down, and learning to listen to my body instead of constantly pushing through. Still learning, but making more room for self-care along the way. 🤎

And then there are the little things. Slow mornings, good matcha, random adventures, laughing with Hossein (usually at his expense 🤭), and taking an unreasonable number of photos of things most people probably wouldn’t think twice about.

Turns out, the ordinary moments are pretty extraordinary when you actually pay attention.

Here’s to more living, less rushing, and appreciating the life happening right in front of us.

Happy Thanksgiving! 🍁

P.S. Also grateful for stretchy pants and my phone’s ever-growing photo storage bill. Priorities. 😂 by @theericasarchive

3 years of marriage, countless adventures, and apparently… a lifetime of me overpacking. 😂🧳

They say marriage is about partnership, and I think our Japan trip really put that to the test, especially when you somehow ended up responsible for 3–5 suitcases on top of dealing with the humidity while I was busy enjoying the matcha, shopping, and scenery🤭🇯🇵

But jokes aside, I’m so grateful I get to do life, travel, laugh, and make memories with you. Thank you for always carrying the luggage… and for carrying me through all the ups, downs, and everything in between❤️

I know this is a late post but Happy 3rd anniversary, @solnab4life.
Here’s to many more adventures, more countries, more memories, and hopefully… less luggage😂

Love you always🤍 #couple #relatable #couplescomedy #husbandandwife #marriage by @theericasarchive

Happy Birthday, azizam!
This past weekend we celebrated you—the man who gives so much of himself to the people he loves.

You are the most loving, supportive, and hardworking husband I could ever ask for. You work tirelessly, often for long hours, to provide for us—never once complaining, never once letting the weight of it dim your spirit. Your dedication, both to our life together and to our future, humbles me every single day.

You’ve stood by me through every season—encouraging me when I was uncertain, cheering me on when I started to find my voice, and believing in my dreams even when they felt far away. Because of you, I’ve had the strength to grow into what I am becoming. You’ve helped me turn passion into purpose, and I will never forget that.

Thank you for being my constant, my partner, and my heart. You are the quiet strength behind everything I do—and I’m endlessly grateful to walk this life beside you.

I love you more than words will ever be able to say. Here’s to you, to everything you are, and to all the beautiful years still ahead. Jet’aime ❤️❤️❤️ by @theericasarchive
