It was a true pleasure visiting @theritzcarltonamman , alongside the wonderful students of @ahliyyaammanuni , accompanied by Dr. @mamonsaeid and Chef @bilal_wardeh

This experience was made possible through the exceptional coordination of Ms. @olakhalifeh , whose efforts ensured a seamless and enriching visit for our students.

A sincere thank you to Sarah Bqaeen for her professionalism and coordination, to Omar Al Sweiti for his outstanding organization and support, and to Mais Gharaibeh for her valuable contribution to the students’ learning experience and engagement throughout the visit.

We are also deeply grateful for the inspiring motivational speech delivered by the General Manager Dimitrios Kotsifakos which left a lasting impact on our students.

Special appreciation to Ola for her insightful session on interview skills, and to Sarah, Mais, and Omar for the comprehensive and well-curated tour of the hotel’s facilities and departments—truly reflecting the excellence and sophistication of one of the most luxurious hospitality destinations in Amman.

Finally, I would like to thank our students for their professionalism, focus, and respectful behavior throughout the visit.

Grateful for this collaboration and the valuable experience it gave our students.

شكرًا لـ The Etiquette Code و Yusra Al Masri على هذه التجربة المميزة.

I’m pleased to share that I have officially joined Al Ahliyya Amman University as a Member of the Board – Faculty of Hospitality and Culinary Arts, and as a Part-Time Lecturer.

In this role, I bridge academic learning with real-world application through teaching Service 1 integrated with etiquette principles through The Etiquette Code, as well as Events Management combined with protocol standards through The Etiquette Code.

I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to jihan sahawneh , Executive Director of the Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism, for her trust and for granting me this valuable opportunity, and to Dr. Mamoun Hamda, Lecturer of Service 1 and Food & Beverage Manager, for his collaboration and support.

It is truly inspiring to be part of such a forward-thinking and distinguished institution, as Al Ahliyya Amman University continues to set a high standard in education, innovation, and academic excellence in Jordan. I look forward to contributing to shaping the next generation of hospitality professionals by equipping them with both technical expertise and the etiquette, protocol, and professional presence that define true excellence.
