POSTS STORIES REELS

Posting, promoting, and selling. Every single day.
@eyehesive on Episode 7 of The Alchemists.

That's her non-negotiable.

She still has clients to serve.
Emails to send.
A to-do list that never ends.

But if the business isn't moving forward first, with new awareness and new sales coming in, none of the rest matters.

Keep the main thing the main thing.

Watch the full conversation. Link in bio.

Hard stretch? Hold on a little longer.
HOPE stands for Hold On, Pain Ends.
Pain feels permanent while you're in it. It isn't.
You don't need a big plan for a rough week. Just get through today. Then get through tomorrow.
Hold on. It ends.
Send this to someone who needs it today.

In 2015, I packed my car with clothes and drove across the country.

Eight days from Miami to LA.
No job.
No resources.
One friend in LA.

I was a singer, songwriter, and actor.

Then I found something called rental arbitrage and turned it into a multi-million dollar company.

If I can do it, you can do it.
You need the right mindset, the right connections, and the know-how.

Follow and I'll share how.

Another clip from my convo with @builtbygod is one of the most disciplined people I know.

Here he breaks down how it’s simple, but not easy.

Discipline is just picking the hard choice on purpose, every time.

Easy choice → hard life.
Hard choice → easy life.

That’s it. That’s the whole game.

Every decision you make today is a vote for the person you become. Choose accordingly.

Nobody remembers your years. They remember your moments.

Chase the adventure.
Build the relationships.
Take the trip.
Lift the weights.
Show up.

We did a thing!!

Officially closed. Ink is dry. Let’s get to work 🏗️ 📈

Huge thanks to our investors, families, friends, employees, and everyone else who makes it possible for us to do what we do. It truly takes a village.

Special shoutout to @stromcommercial, @cvlending, @rlipsey, @ticortitle_socal, @naomshomes, and everyone else who helped make this deal happen.

This project consists of 7 units:
• 4 luxury Airbnb’s
• 3 live/work lofts

Located just a few blocks from the entrance to Petco Park in Downtown San Diego.

We’re projecting a 30% ROI over approximately 18 months for our investors.

If you’d like to learn how people participate in projects like this, comment or DM “ROI” and we’ll walk you through our process.

Upward. Onward. Much love.

Had an incredible conversation with one of my day ones from when I lived in LA, @builtbygod @plantbasedboxer

We were roommates, and helped each other come up. He went from delivering pizzas to owning gyms.

Absolute legend, and I can’t wait to see what this guy does next.

Full episode dropping soon.

The gap between where you are and where you want to be, is one decision wide.

Stop mistaking your current conditions for your ceiling.

You don’t rise to your resources — you rise to your decisions.

Decide for more.

The people I trust most aren't the ones who have it all figured out.

They're the ones willing to say they don't.

There's something about someone who's still in it — still working on themselves, still being honest about what's hard — that makes it easier to connect.

This conversation with @celiasmith reminded me of that.

Took me a long time to stop keeping score.

"Win or lose" used to run my whole mindset.

Then it shifted.

Every outcome is either a win or a lesson. There's no third option.

Different frame. Completely different game.

What are you playing for? 👇

Most people think you need 10+ Airbnb properties to reach financial freedom, but boutique hotels can get you there faster.

With 10 separate Airbnbs, you're managing 10 different properties, 10 sets of problems, 10 cleaning schedules.

But with one boutique hotel that has 10 rooms, everything is centralized. One location. One team. One streamlined operation.
