Last session of 2025! 🏋🏾‍♂️
Happy new year! 🎊 💫💚

Hope you all achieved or made progress towards your 2025 gymnasium goals! Keep smashing it in 2026.

For me, there will be more dad T's, way more, an embarrassing, copious amount of dad T's. This is where real gains are made. Trust the process 👕

Vegan Demon 20-month progress 🌱😈
No filters. Just somewhat adequate off centred poses and foundry lighting! ^_^

Gymnasium update: Pictures are from 20 months' progress as the vegan demon (stringer pic and vid from about 17 months in). I have been vegan just over 4 years, meaning all gains are Vegains! 🌱

The last 22 months I have been training solo, 5 days a week, mostly at commercial gyms [shout out The Gym Group gang], pretty much without fail, minus 1 sleep deprived week off for MSc deadlines, and not being able to train legs for about 10 weeks due to a hamstring tear (football injury, get those hammys in!). Although I train hard, my diet hasn't been the greatest (not hitting adequate protein and calorie intake most days), I often don't prioritise sleep either (solid 6-8 hours).

Next steps: purchase a digital scale and download an app for tracking calories/protein, and work on these poses 😬 ANY & ALL SUGGESTIONS WELCOME [please suggestion me].

Reminder: You don't need to eat animals to hit your protein goals. There are many ways to achieve this with a vegan diet 🌱 by @theevegandemon

2 year Gymiversary 🥳 🏋🏾‍♂️ (09/09/25)

These were taken 2 weeks before. But I haven't captured much recently.

For the next gymnasium year, I'll be focusing on increasing my bench, squat, and deadlift. Last recorded 1RMs:
- Bench 110kg
- Squat 140kg
- deadlift 180kg

Will be slow progress as I still want to train hypertrophy whilst building numbers on the 3 staples.

-Bench 1RM was hit in January, havent focused on it since.
-Squat 1RM was a questionable 90° Depth. -Deadlift was solid and not a bad starting point, considering I've only deadlifted a hand full of times over the 2 years of living in the gymnasium.

200 HAS FALLEN! 🌱💪🏾

Respect to the gym bros for the extra sprinkle of motivation! 👊🏾

Might Moe @bodrul_hussain on advise with PR'ing again so soon. And Ky @kyaasi9 hyping the warm up sets.

I was contemplating whether to send the 200 or stick to my Excel masterpiece (New powerbuilding split I created) which would have been sets of 3 reps in the 170-175 range.

I wasn't recording warm-up sets, and wasn't sure how 180 moved, as it's still relatively heavy atm. But when gymbro says 'it was smooth like butter', gymbrain says, 'ah, so you mean send 200?!'
