Another week of #marathontraining where km are starting slowly going up and autumn gets more present including drop of temperatures and daylight time. But hey, no way to complain: it will get worse, let’s get used to it!💪🏼

🇬🇧 Odense, the city of fairy tales. 🇩🇰

Running in the footsteps of H.C. Andersen, this race turned out to be tougher than expected… but I made it to the finish line. 💪🏃‍♀️

And crossing the finish line inside a stadium? Pure emotion. 🏟️❤️

Thank you @hcamarathon , for turning the miles, the struggle and the emotions into a little fairy tale. 📖✨

Not every fairy tale is easy. But an happy ending makes it even more special. 🏅

🇬🇧 Tomorrow is #raceday again and @hcamarathon is bringing me in a fairly tale, being in the world of the great writer Hans Christian Andersen. This city is entangled with him and his work. Looking forward to tomorrow on Odense’s streets!

the @wrrccopenhagen26 yesterday was a blast and despite some small challenges everything went beyond expectations and I could end with a good time. But it was great to see the city celebrating running and supporting us all the way! The organisation was great, although with long waves at the end runners less fast couldn’t get the support that we got! I must say the medal looks ugly to me 😂 Bye bye WRRC and hope to run again here on Copenhagen streets the half marathon @cphhalf next year! #medalmonday #halfmarathon #running #wrrccopenhagen26 #cphhalf by @theexploringrunner

A new chapter in my running journey.

I’ve officially completed my coaching certification at @uesca1

After years of learning through running, experimenting ESPECIALLY BY MY MISTAKES and studying the science behind training, I’m happy to take this next step and start putting it into practice.

Let’s see where this adventure goes 💪🏼

Running in #gilitrawangan is a beautiful experience especially going very early to beat the sunnier hours of the day. The scenery at the sunrise is breathtaking and the temperature not that bad. Each lap is almost exactly 7 km so it’s a great training path among many other things! I have been running following perceived effort instead of heart rate as with heat and humidity is the way to go to keep training… #runinbali #running #marathontraining #sunrise by @theexploringrunner

Coming back after #maybankmarathon with 2 medals, the beautiful original @maybankmarathon medal and the one I have had made thanks to the creativity of @witisi.sport to make this trip even more memorable 🙏🏼 #running #maybankmarathon2026 #maybankmarathon #runinbali by @theexploringrunner

#medalmonday after running the 21K at the #maybankmarathon in Bali, Indonesia. 🇮🇩

An experience I will bring with me as a long lasting memory. So many things different from what I was used to experience. A hard climb in the central part of the race when warmth and humidity were also kicking in was smoothened by the magic energy that the support of the wonderful Balinese people were giving to all runners. 💛

It was also interesting we could find a place with a good hazy IPA to celebrate. 🍺

Thanks Bali, thanks @maybankmarathon for this impeccable organisation and event ♥️

Finishing the @maybankmarathon 21K has been hard and very rewarding at the same time. The support and warmth of people in the central part of the race, made this hilly part very sustainable in spite of the heat. Amazing organisation and kindness. My 50th half will have for sure a special place in my heart 💛#maybankmarathon #running #maybankmarathon2026 #halfmarathon #runinbali by @theexploringrunner

Pick up day at @maybankmarathon yesterday! Kindness and levels of organisation are really high. The #paceyouforward motto is well represented… people are so willing so help that you feel you just need to… run! 💛 see you @maybankmarathon tonight! #maybankmarathon #running #maybankmarathon2026 by @theexploringrunner

First run in #bali it’s both spectacular and a bit challenging not being used to the warmth and humidity. But with 3 days to go to the 21K event at @maybankmarathon it was important to “taste” the conditions. So nice to see so many people #running on the street! #marathon #halfmarathon #marathontraining by @theexploringrunner
