After our 1st big campaign for @rankinarchive the Global Campaign Director for @nokia insisted that we do all their casting !!! Working with the likes of @florian_geiss_photographer, @peo_olsson and @tomcraig. The mix of street, models and real people is still our favourite casting brief today. I have great memories of weekends streetcasting and partying in Camden and Shoreditch with my team. 'Streetcasting' on social media these days is not the same

It was 20 years ago this month that I turned down the offer of a bookers job at a model agency and took a chance in opening The Eye Casting. I had a bit of money from a streetcasting job i did for Alan Mahon that allowed me a couple of month to see how things went. Things went VERY well and within a month, thanks to @alisaconnan I was casting a Global campaign for Nokia with @rankinarchive We haven't stopped since

This month I'm going to take this opportunity to post some of my favourite jobs and memories from the last 20 years and maybe reminisce with some of the people involved
